Got locked out, this guy came in 25 mins and got me back in my apt in a flash! So thankful. Reasonable prices, quick response, really happy. Saving his info for next time (hoping I won't do this again but if I do, he's who I will call!)

We have an older Baldwin lock and the inside screws got stripped off of the door knob. So the inside knob was falling off, making it very difficult to get out of the house. I saw this company on Yelp and liked the name so called. The owner picked up the phone immediately and was very responsive and nice. He told me he could be there in 40 minutes without even asking me what the problem was. He called again 15 minutes before he came to let me know he was on his way. He showed up saw the lock and diagnose the problem, pushed out the bad screws replaced with good screws. He used a little ingenuity to make sure it stayed on well as it's an older model lock, and that was it. He gave me the price and it was reasonable, so I was happy to give him a little tip. He also told me if I have any more issues to give him a call and he would come fix it free of charge.
Very happy to find this company and will definitely be recommending and using them again.

Did the job quick and I was on my way.
I couldn't expect more from a locksmith. I would recommend him to every one. He was very fair on price as well. No games. The price he gave me on the phone was the price of the job at the end.

Communicated with Or last week about re-keying our lock after moving into our new place. Let him know we'd be in town the following week and would like him to come out - he showed up today ( an hour after I contacted him) and took care of the re-key for us.
His price was competitive, but his honesty was superb! He ask for pics of the front and back of the lock and then followed up with texts and calls to let me know that since i had a smart lock.... i wouldn't need him and he could walk me thru the re-keying process over the phone for free. I thanked him and asked him to come anyway since i didn't have a new set of keys to re-key it with.

I was very pleased with the amazing service Zig Zag Locksmith offered. I locked myself out of the house. They had someone to my house super quick! He opened my lock no problem. Super friendly staff, very professional, and great prices! I would highly recommend this service!
