I never write reviews but the experience I had here was exceptional! Niki is by far the best professional I have ever interacted with. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was dealing with a friend. Customer service is hard to come by these days. She made my whole day. I will forever be a customer!

I went with Shades of Texas to replace my indoor blinds with shutters. Best decision I've made so far this year! The service has been nothing but top notch and I'm so very happy with the results. They proactively kept me updated on the progress of the manufacturing, and when it came time to schedule and install they did NOT disappoint! Timeliness, friendliness, professionalism, and quality service from start to finish.

Awesome customer service and professionalism. We have had our cars inspected here for years and my 2009 Honda window tint looks as good as the day they installed it now 10 years later.
