Unfortunately, we discovered a leaking pipe under the house during the middle of a snow storm in our area. We were worried that we wouldn't be able to get someone to come out in the awful driving conditions, but Hunt's was at our place the next day, which was their soonest availability. They called before arriving to make sure someone would be home, then arrived exactly when they said they would. They were kind, professional, and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. Another 45 minutes later, our cracked pipe was replaced, and they took pictures of the pipe area so we could see what it looked like before and after and included them with our invoice for our records. They also checked the area for signs of other damage, mold, and rodents to make sure that we weren't set up for future problems (thankfully all looked clear).
We would absolutely use Hunt's services again.

I'm extremely happy with their service. They were very responsive and kept me informed if all appointments and when their crews were arriving. All the people who showed up to install my new furnace and AC were extremely polite and took time to listen to any questions I had and answered them all for me, even if it neant calling somebody else to find out. I would 100% recommend them.

Hunts sent 2 gentlemen over here to fix or replace the drain in our garden tub. They came, didnt have the proper one for this type of tub so they ran to town and bought the proper one needed and installed it checked it and all is good. The guys were very professional. Did the job. I cant ask for more.

Fast service. Noticed last night that our 14 year old water heater was leaking on the floor. Not a good sign for sure. Used “Best Pick Reports “ for S King County and called Hunts. Got a great service guy named Dakotah here within 3 hrs of calling. He showed us possible solutions and now we are back in the hot water so to speak. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly and explained everything. 5 stars to him and Hunts

To make a long story short, Hunt’s Plumbing responded to my plumbing emergency within 30 minutes. Together we found the source of the problem (broken pipe inside a wall) and the technician carefully exposed the area and completed repairs quickly. Careful, courteous and professional and also reasonably priced.

The new best picks report Tacoma/Pierce county came in the mail and this company is rated #1 and I agree fantastic people and they solved our tankless water heater situation that the company who installed it said sorry to my complaint, Hunts came out it’s not a brand of tank they use but he researched and it was a simple “adjustment” and bam I had hot water instantly !!! Put them on your list for any of the services they do! Highly highly recommended!

We had our dryer vent cleaned today and glad we did. It was cleaned in about an hour or less, and when he was done I was able to look at the before and after pictures. Looked great afterwards.
