I chose Excel HVAC Services because of their high customer service rating. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Excel HVAC Services too. They sent out a technician the same day I called in regarding my A/C unit not cooling properly. Mr. (Jon) Engle was the serviceman who came out to assess the A/C issue. Just by me describing the problem Jon was able to quickly pinpoint, diagnose and repair the unit. Jon was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and courteous. He explained and showed us what needed to be done to repair the unit and took time to share useful and helpful tips. In fact, we found Jon to be a really nice guy whom we enjoyed working and talking with. He made us feel like a valued customer. Jon is definitely a valued asset to Excel HVAC Services and we will continue to utilize this company for our future HVAC needs.

I highly recommend Excel HVAC Services. They are efficient and precise in what they do. My AC broke and they were out in a matter of a hour on one of the hottest days of the year and they fixed my unit and my house was cool in no time. I will definitely use them again. They have a great mannerism about themselves.

I can honestly say I felt like I was treated like a close family friend by the owner of this fantastic company and his employees. They came in the middle of a snow storm and had the whole system installed in one day for a price that literally couldn’t be beat! I highly recommend Excel, they are probably the most honest, reliable company I have ever dealt with. They came out in the snowstorm to help us get our heat back. Replaced our unit.
