My AC stopped cooling last night and the owner of Cool Kids was able to fit me in to fix the issue this morning, quickly and for a reasonable charge. I'm so thankful the house is cool again! My AC unit stopped working because rats chewed the wiring. Cool Kids sent someone out that afternoon and fixed it temporarily so I could use the unit, and they came back the next morning to do the full repair. They are knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Prompt response, gave appointment at earliest, technician quickly diagnosed the issue ,fixed it and suggested the options for other unit as well, overall I recommend their services.

Ricky did a great job. I called him with my problem at 11 am today and he contacted me within a half hour. I explained the problem and he set an appointment for 2 pm. He arrived at 1:59 and proceeded to fix the problem in 15 minutes. I couldnt be more satisfied and will certainly call him back when my next problem arises.

Cool Kids is on top of it! I called this morning needing a blower motor for our AC and JJ was quick to call me back with the info. I had another company out, but didnt hear from them regarding the lead time or when it could get installed but Cool Kids got it done same day. Technician was friendly, polite, and respectful. Definitely recommend!

It's such a relief to have someone you can trust for HVAC. JJ was incredibly professional, crazy fast, and he was kind enough to walk me through every step of his troubleshooting. By showing me his process, I knew I wasn't being upsold or scammed in any way. JJ ran to Austin (from Round Rock) at 5pm on a Friday to get the OEM part required to fix my AC. Cool Kids are kind, trustworthy people who are now my go-to for HVAC, plumbing, and home insulation. They're what grandma referred to as "good people". My A/C gave out overnight and I called around looking for heating/cooling companies to fix it. Cool Kids was the only one that said they could come same-day. Not only did they come quickly, but they found the problem and repaired it about 5 minutes and didnt try to up-sell me. Quick, honest and professional. 10/10 will call them again if I ever need to.

Today started off cold outside and inside of my house!! The heater was on but the thermostat read 60!!!
I hopped on Google and searched for contractors near me, Cool Kids AC and Heat popped up and after reading their reviews I was excited and convinced this was the company for me and my family!
I called and was not disappointed with the professionalism on the other end ! I spoke with a woman and she was patient and kind, she set me up with a technician who arrived on time and didnt leave until the problem was solved.
The invoice was sent after about in hour of work and it was very affordable! My husband and I are grateful for this company and look forward to a much warmer morning tomorrow and everyday after !

Darin was just outstanding at checking out our cooling systems efficiently yet at the same time thoroughly. He was actually early to our first home and then proceeded to be on schedule for the remaining properties.
He is an expert at his profession and doesnt try to push services that are not necessary. I feel Darin is looking out for his customers..always!

Okay so I called out another company for a free diagnostic- just to see if there was an actual problem. That call turned into a $1000 attempted charge saying I needed my system to be rewired and X, Y, Z. They left the system worse than when I called them- kid you not. That was certainly not something I could or wanted to do, so I said no. Then I called out Cool guys (at like 3:30 on a Friday). And they actually came out within the hour. Seriously, the best AND charged 1/10 the price. Seriously. For a simple issue (that I suspect was just caused from the first company).
If you dont know who to call, youre concerned about getting overcharged (bc they def wont), or if you want a second opinion, please please call cool guys. Thank yall so much!

I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and exceptional service provided by Cool Kids yesterday. When my air conditioning stopped cooling, I was able to schedule an appointment with Cool Kids for the same afternoon. I was given a specific window of time for the technician's arrival and even received a text notification when Russell, the technician, was on his way.
The service was efficient and informative, with Russell being extremely helpful and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions and show me the part that needed replacement. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and we once again have cold air. If you are in need of reliable and trustworthy individuals to handle your heating and ventilation needs, I highly recommend using Cool Kids without hesitation. I will be using their services for all my future HVAC needs, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the experience, giving them an A++ rating.

JJ did an awesome job fixing a drain issue we had with our A/C. He was very helpful from the moment he answered the phone. He provided some instructions in preparation for his arrival. He showed up on time and kept us in the loop at all moment.

We just bought a new house, and had a nye party with our family and friends. Hours before midnight the ac quit working… which with so many people made things start to feel pretty uncomfortable. JJ the owner of cool kids basically dropped whatever he was doing and was able to get our system diagnosed and provide a temporary fix to have cooling for the coming days while we waited for a part to be available after the holiday. I am extremely grateful and impressed with his willingness to make such a service call, and his wealth of knowledge about his craft. All that aside, I would have gladly paid top dollar but JJ’s pricing was super reasonable. You can’t go wrong with this man and his company for anything you need related to ac /hvac repairs.

Cool kids replaced my HVAC in my house about 2.5 years back. Job was done super quick and they cleaned up after. AC and heat ran perfectly since then and more efficiently as well. Saved me about 50$ in each summer month compared to my original unit. Selling my house now and needed some minor changes done. They came out and fixed everything and cleaned out the dryer vent as well. I’ve recommended them to several friends and they replaced the HVAC system in my moms place too. Can’t say enough good things about Cool Kids!

JJ, the owner of Cool Kids AC, came highly recommended on our neighborhood website. I typically assume the worst when it comes to service companies nowadays but others had nothing but good things to say about him so I figured we give him a shot. Glad I did!
I got ahold of JJ late afternoon on a Saturday with the hopes that he would be able to fix our AC at least within the next couple of days. Well, he actually showed up just a few hours after I called him. That was amazing! It was 90° that night. When he got here, he not only fixed what was wrong, but he educated us on certain parts of the AC system and did some preventative maintenance at a very reasonable price. I don’t typically give reviews unless the service was far more than I expected… This is one of those times. Just wanted to give “Cool Kids” A huge thumbs up and let everyone else know that they are definitely on their game. I wouldn’t use anyone else at this point. Thanks JJ!
