I had my shutoff outlet valve replaced this morning, because it was leaking due to a small dent on the pipe in which he found out. Brian, the plumber came and got the job done in a short time. He first came and inspect the issue and went to get the part for the job. Super professional and efficient! Highly recommend!

Jacob and another gentleman (sorry forgot his name) came by on time, figured out what needed to be done and fixed it, very efficiently and professionally. Moreover, they wore their masks the whole time and wore shoe covers - a plus for me.
I'd recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

We needed a shut off valve installed for our new refrigerator and they sent someone out the same day within hours. Jacob arrived and was extremely friendly and professional. The part we needed in a specific size wasn't with him so he ran to the hardware store and grabbed it so he could finish the job which we really appreciated. Great service and great company!

My wife and I bought a new refrigerator but the water Line didn't work. The company we got our refergator from reccomended a person for fixing my issue, they said they can replace the line the next week but never got back to me to schedule. Five months later and we were still waiting so we called this place. Jacob came out tried to fix the issue but failed but told.me what he wanted to do. After talking it over we went with the reccomendation from Jacob, he was able to come out and fix it the very next day. Amazing, they will be our go to people for plumbing from now on.

Jacob and his crew did an excellent job replacing the exterior water line in the front yard. They arrived the same day for an estimate and finished the job the next day. The work was completed on time and the cost was lower than the initial estimate. Even though they had to dig through tree roots, shrubs and under a cement walkway, plus the way they cut out grass and replaced it, you cannot tell work was done.
We will definitely call them the next time!

Jacob was on time, professional, and worked quickly.
He gave us options on what and how to fix our issues, as well as the different prices before doing any work.
The other thing he did,which was greatly appreciated, was he checked the pipes around the toilet and sink and found that one of the valves will need to be changed soon.

My garbage disposal stopped working. I tried to reset it, unplug it, and tried the circuit breakers. I could not get it to work. I contacted plumbing solutions, and they were very responsive. Armando and his assistant arrived and assessed the situation. They unjammed my disposal with a tool from the bottom and did not charge me for it. They were very kind and professional. They also gave me an estimate for if I ever needed to replace the garbage disposal in the future. I definitely would recommend them. They wore masks and shoe covers, which I appreciated. I've had the opportunity to work with several of the talented plumbers employed by Plumbing Solutions. They are timely, professional, personable, and competitively priced. We used them in a sewer lateral replacement, a gas line install, a water heater replacement, and a water line to our new fridge -all performed without issue and everything works great. I had a leak back in Jan 2021 and called Plumbing solutions for leak detection. Armando and his colleague came out in 15 min and inspected the leak (basically did the same thing or even did more than what the guy did from Absolute Plumbing and Drain - but Absolute plumbing charged $20 for dispatch fee and $70 for what they called diagnostic fee which was not informed that I had to pay that.... Absolute was a big rip off. DO NOT GO TO ABSOLUTE PLUMBING!). Plumbing solutions didn't have a dispatch fee. And they were very professional and suggested I call a leak detector for this and provided me with their business card. They did not charge me a dime at all! I want to thank plumbing solutions for their honest business and no hidden fees. Will contact you if I ever need plumbing service. Thank you!

Quick, responsive, and educational. The team took care of us immediately and also explained why we are potentially having our shower backup. Our house being older design has a smaller 1.5in drain compared to the more modern 2" drainage pipes. Something for us to keep in mind for future renovations.

Amazing service! Highly recommend using again. Our garbage disposal started to not work (which also means we can't use our dishwasher). Within minutes, I received a response and within 2 hours someone showed up.
There are many services that charge $100 - $200 just to come out! These guys don't charge for an initial visit/estimate.
Couldn't appreciate this business more.
