Chris Holland of Rodas Construction contacted me after my inquiries into roof work needed, and options. (Though not obviously leaking, the roofing had been unchanged for several decades.) He examined our roof condition, discussing the work needed, and made recommendations. We had some rescheduling for weather, but the main roof work was completed in a day... Some additional soffit work and gutter replacement were done promptly, scheduled on near-following days. Their crew did great clean-up work, leaving the surrounding driveway and yard cleaner than they found it! There were a few additional charges beyond the estimate for unforeseen items, like replacing a bit of moisture-damaged underlayment, but those had been mentioned in our contract, so were understood.

This is a great company! I called several companies when I discovered that my roof/ceiling was leaking. Rodas was the first to respond. Working with John the salesman was effortless and everything went very well. I only wish the workers were a little more careful with my landscaping as some plants were damaged from debris. But all in all I would highly recommend Rodas Construction.

Job was handled quickly. Communication and customer service was great. Eduardo was able to get up on very steep sloped roof and handle the job. Roof check up and gutter cleaning.

The recent hailstorm damaged my roof, After looking around for a while I used Rodas to install a new roof. Unlike many of the roofers who promised to install a roof for the price that my insurance gave me, Rodas gave me a detailed quote. The project consultant, Cole Faulkner, was great to work with and did a good job of answering all my questions and concerns. The whole roof removal and install happened in a single day and they were very quick about it. They did a great job cleaning up the yard and putting everything back when they were done. They also fixed some gutter issues I had from the original home builder. My front door had a down spout from the second floor that came down to the roof unfortunately just before the gutters so water would pour over the entranceway. Rodas put some additional flashing in to redirect the flow of water into the gutters. I also hired Rodas to install some gutters guards and reroute that one gutter. The gutter guards went in very quickly (via a subcontractor) and Cole was communicative through the process. The gutter work also was done in less than a day. The subcontractor did miss a tiny amount of cleanup, but Cole personally came out afterwards and picked up all the pieces that they missed. I definitely would use Rodas again.

I couldn't be more happier. These guys did a great job start to finish. They even help my mom carry in her groceries. The roof looks great and any issues I had during the process were quickly resolved. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend.
