Responsive, quick and did a good job. I needed all of my exterior doors re-keyed and they answered when I called, gave me a time frame and were there as expected. The locksmith was friendly and it was an easy transaction. They accepted credit cards and texted me a receipt, very efficient.

Needed a locksmith last minute and they reaponded quickly. The customer service was one of a kind. They continued to give me updates as I waited for the technician to arrive. Once the technictian came, he was respectful and answered any questions that I had. However, once he left I noticed that one of my locks was not working as intended. Since I own a Sclange lock, I know they can be tricky. I contacted the company again late at night and they were very responsive in fixing the issue by having the tech come back at any hour. We arranged a time and the tech came back and was able to remedy the issue. Furthermore, they apologized for any inconvenience they may have caused and were willing to do whatever it took if I was less than completely satisfied. I am all about customer service and they have a wonderful staff that knows how to treat customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed a locksmith in the Pittsburgh area.

I am the kind of guy that never writes reviews; unless I want to extremely warn someone or extremely encourage someone. I think I've written 4 reviews in my life and Edwards Bros totally deserves this great review. I needed a spare key for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and I needed it v. fast. I called many companies to quote me, as you probably know, car keys with chips and features etc. cost a lot. Edward bros was the cheapest by quite a bit. I also needed it fast like in a day or two, and as soon as I called Edwards Bros they were like "we'll get a guy out there in 10-20 min does that work for you?" They even came to my car where I was (at work) because I couldn't leave work yet but needed the key. Can't recommend a business enough, really. They are fast, friendly, reliable and somehow have every key known to man to duplicate yours'.

Locksmith was polite and worked efficiently to change our locks. The only downside was that he said he would arrive between 3 and 5, but did not get there until 5:30.

I needed a quick turn around to get my house on the market and the technician was at my house and done in under an hour. And a half. The price was in line with my expectations. The main office was in constant contact before and after the technician arrived. I have been involved in month long processes where I received less attention than I did for this basically two hour transaction (including the follow up).
I bookmarked them. Any time I need a locksmith, which is embarrassingly often, I will call them.
