We had a contractor abandon us after a shower renovation and needed a shower door put in. Travis is the owner and is involved with every step of the process. He came out very fast after my initial phone call too. He was able to complete some molding on the floor that the contractor left undone as well. I wish I had gotten my door through him too - it would have really only been slightly more expensive than the budget one we got from Lowe's. So I recommend looking into his shower doors too. He told me he also does a ton of other stuff including closet renovations and woodworking. I'll use him in the future!

It was a mirror removal, took him all of 10 minutes. I just thought the price was little high for the amount of time it took. But I didn't want to mess with it. Overall I'd make sure the job would be worth paying for next time.

Travis and his assistant were both friendly, upfront and highly skilled in their craft. They were able to spot errors of others and even fix it right before my eyes. I will most definitely hire them again to replace my shower in a month or two and will highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace a glass shower.

I was having a problem with my shower leaking and not only did he get to the root of the problem Travis was able to give me the contact person who could help me with it! Travis has given us top notch service from day one! He has been polite, professional and extremely quick to respond since day one and even after the installation checking up to make sure everything was going well. He was very accommodating to work with our schedules to find a time to meet for estimates and installation. The explanation of work was detailed and thorough with an express emphasis on the quality of detail he expects in his own work and he certainly delivered. Pricing was on-par or lower than other quotes we had received and with a much higher quality of service and better finish product (quotes from competitors for framed enclosures even came back higher- yuck!) We would recommend Pro-Tech Glass for any glass work and will, without a doubt, be using them again in the future for other renovations.
