Great company to work with. They were open and honest about all my options that would be best for us. Their communication was extremely great and they didn't hesitate to answer any questions I may have had. The installers were super nice to work with and professional too. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. As much as I didn't want to deal with replacing a furnace they made the process easy and affordable. They will continue to get my business.

My last experience started out with miscommunication on both side which lead to frustration which turned into a poor review. We have worked with you for years. When we purchased this home it had a geo-thermal furnace/AC. They are fantastic. We had to replace the original in 2013. We didn't give a second thought on replacing with the same type furnace.. They are a little pricey to buy but you make it up very fast and then the saving is out of this world!! I would recommend this type furnace to everyone. It is really nice to only receive one utility bill a month and that bill tells the storey!.

Nate did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable of the operation of our equipment. I don't think anyone has ever checked the capacitor or it has always been in range. Corrected the thermostat so it gives the correct reading.

Found fan belt getting, reset limiting switch, now the fan is running for less than a minute, goes off and comes back on many times every hour. Someone is supposed to come replace the belt hopefully on Monday. They will need to adjust the limiting switch again.

The manager Terry was in contact with me to make sure the appointment was made when we had trouble with our geothermal, and assured us of what time the technician, Sam, was coming. Sam is very professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable! He took the time needed to not only assess the problem and fix it quickly, but he helped us understand the unit and how to be proactive and prepare for the seasons to come with using our geothermal to maximum efficiency. These guys are awesome. Respond quickly, really nice, good advice, amazingly clean! We even asked if they could move up our install, if a cancelation occurred. Sure enough, they called us and came early at our convenience. We also have a maintenance contract with them, which has worked well now for several years.

Everyone at Crystal Valley Comfort did a great job on the installation of my new air conditioning unit. The gentlemen who came to install the unit were so courteous and I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done.
