We hired Advanced Roofing to replace our roof and install gutter guards. The work was completed on the scheduled day and we are very satisfied customers. I called them because of their High BBB rating. The salesperson did a great job explaining the process and options. I called back about 10 days later to sign the contract and talk with the owner.
High marks on sales and scheduling. The crew was very professional and not subcontractors. It felt like we working with a family owned business. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again

I called after the last hurricane with roof damage and water leaking into my house. I called many different companies to come out and they just walked the roof, never even looking inside. They just tried to sell me a new roof wouldn't even give me an option price on repair! I then contacted Advanced roofing and they came out and did an inspection of the roof, inside the house, as well as the attic taking pictures to show me exactly where it was leaking and what it looked like in areas i couldn't see first hand.
They gave me a detailed list of the all the repairs they were going to make and how they were going to do it and the cost. I was even more impressed that the man that came to the house and inspected everything was the same man that fixed my roof. They didn't just contract it out to someone else. They started the next day and finished everything and cleaned up that day. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done!

Jorge and Tim of Advanced Roofing Solutions did an outstanding job repairing and preforming general maintenance on my roof. They do quality work at a fair price. Jorge was able to identify flaws in my roof that several contractors missed that could have been costly if not addressed. Although it wasn't a huge job they made feel as if I was priority one which was greatly appreciated.

The team was super-helpful and gave us info about our issue and a range of pricing: do it quick but we will need to come back, or do it well and it will last for 10 years. We appreciated the clarity since we are a small nonprofit and roof costs can be high. I recommend them n part because of their honesty but they are also good people! This is a great company. I got estimates from 6 different roofing companies.they were not the lowest bid I received but they had the best labor warranty and great reviews from the BBB.Jose and the crew arrived early and finished the same day. The owner stayed in touch with me during the job and came and had a final inspection to make sure I was satisfied with the job.he even fixed my chimney at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this company

Tim, the owner, was very responsive and worked with us to get all roofing, gutter installation, siding and more all repaired and in tip top shape. His crew cleaned up everything and was quick to get on the job and finish. They even sent photos as they progressed as this was a rental that I could not physically be there to see myself. I'd recommend this company as they did what they said they would do and followed through.

I called Advanced Roofing out of the blue to fix my leaking roof and I am so happy I did! I've never contracted with a better company! They came very quickly and fixed the problem that other roofers could not seem to do. They were honest, professional, prompt and the quality of work unsurpassed. They fixed areas I had no idea were a problem and cleaned everything up, even blowing my entire roof off! I highly recommend Advanced Roofing! Tim and his team took the time to explain their product and why they use what they use. I got estimates from multiple companies and Tim had the best price with the best quality. My wife called Advanced Roofing Repair to take a look at our roof recently. They responded quickly and provided a thorough explanation, quote, and pictures so we scheduled the repair. The work was completed on time, again with great communication throughout, and it exceeded our expectations. To be honest we typically put off this type of home maintenance so we can avoid the many frustrations that come with working with the wrong contractors. This was a great experience with a professional company that treats customers how they would like to be treated. Obviously highly recommended!

The owner is honest, reliable, direct, transparent, priced right. Quality work, efficient, reliable team, cleaned up the site perfectly. I found only one nail after the job was completed and that was under a bush. I would recommend Tim and Advanced Roofing, and I don't vouch very often. Very professional. Everyone communicated well with me prior to arrival. The estimator prepared a fair quote and was able to complete the patchwork and sealing work the same day. All around best experience I've had out of the multiple other roof contractors I have worked with before.
