We recently bought a home to use as a rental. The previous owner had a cat and the carpets and couch were very stained and the cat smell was strong. VJ worked his magic and our carpets and couch look and smell amazing now. The first time I looked at the bedrooms while he was working on the couch I called him a magician. I was truly blown away by how good they looked! He also was able to bring the couch back to life. VJ went above and beyond to do a great job for us and we really appreciate it.

We have used Green Steps Carpet Care on multiple occasions and are extremely happy with the job that VJ and his team have done on our carpets, rugs and upholstery. Green Steps Carpet Care, ( ViJay). This is an excellent carpet/upholstery service to use. This was our 2nd time having him come out and we have been very pleased both times and plan to continue to use him in the future. Stains were removed from furniture and carpet, is appropriate and safe for pets and dries quickly. I can't say enough good things as he was so polite and professional too!

VJ was such a pleasure to do business with! Our carpet in our beach house had several stains which he successfully removed. He cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms and closets, as well as and a small throw rug. When he was finished everything smelled fresh and clean, and still does! What I was so shocked about was his ability to remove mildew and mold from the carpet in front of a sliding glass door that had been leaking in heavy rain/hurricanes.
I didn't expect him to be able to clean it at all and assumed we'd need to replace it, but not only did he clean it, he also provided suggestions to remove the mildew from the pad and carpet backing. It was nothing short of remarkable! Please see the before and after pictures. VJ is honest, on time, comes prepared to work and gets the job done. I will absolutely use him again and will recommend him to everyone.

I live in Hampton Va. I called several places in Wilmington to have Mother's carpet cleaned. Even though VJ missed my call he called me back. After speaking with him and working out details I decided to use his services. He kept me informed and treated my Mother with care and kindness. Have 2 beach properties in Topsail & have tried a couple of other vendors but Green Steps by far the best Carpet Cleaning service in the area. Very professional & good pricing. We have a lot of traffic from weekly rentals & they keep our carpets looking good. Staff is knowledgeable & friendly. This is the only carpet cleaning service for me!
