I have a bit of an older home that I had concerns about how the cleaning may impact the structure. Responsive and time : They arrived early more than 1/2 hour ahead of the of the game. Good quality : They spent the time to make it right and to get the correct results, even though they offer free return to check on the driveway and iprove it with without asking them. Good Value : yes it is big difference before virus after Professional: they go more steps beyond what we agreed and also power wash the patio set too.

My grandmother needed help turning her home back into the oasis it once was. After years of mildew and organic growth, the home looked like it was in disrepair. I thought it needed a severe paint job. After some research I found Xpert Pro Wash and thought I would give it a try. I was beyond amazed at what was accomplished by this team of professionals! The home did not need a paint job, I saved my grandmother a ton of money, and it looks incredible! Safe, efficient, and a reasonable price. Highly Recommend!

I called Xpert Pro Wash for a quote on cleaning my 2 story house and driveway. Mr. Steele came by and walked me through their process and how it differed from just pressure washing everything. I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was and how well he explained his process to me. He ended up cleaning the brick/siding, roof and my driveway. He never once pulled out a pressure washer which I was happy to see since I had concerns about brick getting damaged on the house since it's a little older.
His "soft washing" technique (I believe that's what it was called) focused more on soap then water pressure and worked beautifully. I haven't seen my driveway look this good ever and the fact my front entry looks brand new, without a single brick being chipped or damaged exceeded my hopes. The wife was happy none of the bushes or flowers were damaged either. I can't recommend these guys enough if you're looking for a fantastic cleaning company around Knoxville.
