Had to call on Saturday and James, the owner, came out and took care of the problem to get the old unit through the weekend. Scheduled the new unit installation for Monday. Arrived on time, personable and professional, finished on schedule. Great price and this unit is super quiet! The house feels amazing. Thank you so much for the great service! I had an 8:00 A.M service time, and Matthew showed up 2 minutes before 8. I explained him the problem with the unit, which was that it was making a whining noise, and he went into the attic, diagnosed the problem, and explained it so that I would understand what he was doing. He gave me a price to how much the part and service would cost, which was very reasonable, and then installed the part.
He also aligned the fan which was just off center, and proceeded to test the unit to make sure the job was done correctly, which it was. Quick, thorough, and very reasonable. What more can you ask for?

Great work, good price and outstanding customer service. Our tech was Kyle and he was extremely knowledgeable and a true professional who quickly identified the problem and had our AC system working again within an hour! I am so pleased! They did a wonderful job, and they made sure everything was working perfectly, plus they cleaned up all the mess. You can't tell they were here! We will always use them from now on for our AC and Heating needs! I am disabled and diabetic, I haven't had Ac in 7 years. They gave us a fantastic quote and called plus texted everyday to check on me until they came out to install the unit. I can't say enough good things about them. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends an family.

I called at 7 o'clock in the morning and they were here by 7:30, just incredible, had extensive work done to get the air back on and they were professional, courteous, and fast. James and his crew are awesome, my A/C went out and they came right out and told me what was wrong. I had to get a new unit and they put it in the same night, they worked till 11:30 pm and had us back with cold air. The guys were very polite and they cleaned up the mess. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We used Air on Time at my church and they did an incredible job! They installed 5 - 20 ton units, 2 - 12.5 ton units and 2 -5 ton. some were installed with metal ducts and some with flex ducting. All were done professionally and look great. We are also using them for our service also and they are courteous and on time for appointments. I highly recommend James and his crews!
