Great experience! I called their office around 1pm. An hour and half later the owner, Brian, was calling me back and walking me through the steps to get the garage door working again. Not only did he walk me through the steps via phone, but he called me on FaceTime to make sure I was doing it right! It doesn't get any better than that! Great experience. Sent an email at 7:30 AM requesting service. Had a response before 8:00AM from the owner. Trevor then came out that same afternoon, after 5:00PM, staying until 6:30PM to work on our door to make sure it was fixed and safe. He didn't have everything he needed on his truck but he then came back out again the next day, free of charge, to finish the job. Can't say enough good things about Trevor. Well done! And thanks!

Experience with this company was prompt, efficient, and we received a good product. They came to do the service within 3 days and the installation of our new motor took alittle over an hour. The technician was courteous while I was navigating teleworking from home. I hired them for the job after another company gave me the run around, so it was refreshingly professional.

After reaching out to several companies, Brian was quick to get back to me and come out to see what was going on. Service date was set within a few days and, even though there were some issues they ran into with the repair, they were clear about what was going on and how/when everything would be done (which was still within a week from when I reached out to them!) Very appreciative and will recommend them and use them in the future.
