We were having an issue with plumbing/ septic this morning not only did Wayne help me through trying to figure out what the issue was once he found out that a plumber couldn't come out till Wednesday he went out of his way to come and try to solve the issue. I needed my tank pumped and Southeast Septic did a great job. From the nice lady that scheduled my appointment to Wayne and the technician (forgot his name) that came out to my house, it was a job well done. They even found that the company that installed my drain field 5 yrs ago did not install a filter to protect my expensive investment. Southeastern installed the filter for a great price and charged me less to pump my tank than the other company quoted me that I had used

If anyone is looking or needs work done relating to the septic or land fill, I HIGHLY recommend SOUTHEASTERN SEPTIC. We had stuff coming up our drains into the showers and in our front yard. I called several companies and in most cases leaving messages and waiting for call backs. Southeastern was actually the last one I called out of 5 and the first to call me back immediately.
Some did not call me back for hours, and one even the next day for my emergency. Wayne from Southeastern came out within 2 hours and took the time with me. He helped me look at options and what would not just save me money, but fixed for the long term. (I did receive two other quotes that were several hundred dollars higher) During the process, he always returned my calls, answered my questions while always being professional. Seriously, Southeastern Septic will do you right!

Southeastern Septic helped me when other companies promised but did not follow through. From the initial call to the pumping of both sides of our tank, their staff provided exceptional service. Larry was our exceptional tech. He pumped our tank to the bottom, which is something other companies we have used have never done in 15 years of pumping! Thank you for doing a tough job so well! I now only recommend Southeastern Septic!

I have to say Wayne and the two gentlemen that put in my new drain field were amazing. I honestly felt confident in my choice and knew I picked the right company after meeting with Wayne the first time. He is truly a nice guy who isn't trying to just sell you anything. I had no idea how big a drain field was until they started digging and they completed the job the same day. Technically they had to come back the next day and fill in the hole after the health department inspected it, but they were right there the next day and done in no time. You can tell by the dirt pile that use to be grass they were there, but that's the only trace. The two guys that came out were very nice, they spoke kindly to me when I'd walk out to see what was going on, and they left no mess behind. Everyone I came into contact with from the company were just nice people not that fake customer service attitude. I wish more businesses were like Southeastern Spetic, LLC it would make big home improvement projects not so scary.
Again Southeastern amazed me. My alarm came on for the septic tank on good friday. I called Wayne no hesitancy him and his crew showed up..... Very highly recommended....
