The men where able to come to my house earlier as they were running ahead of schedule. Of course they called first. They quickly assessed the problem and devised a solution. It turns out the springs on my 3 doors were not installed properly in 2005 by another Hsv company which was causing premature failure of some of the components. They corrected the problem and for the first time since 2005 the doors are quiet and roll up and down properly.
It irritates me that a trusted company did not take the time to install three small blocks of 2x6's (probably $2 in 2006) that ended up costing over $400 to fix. I will definitely use Access in the future.

Extremely pleased with the service! Our garage door broke early in the morning and Access was very responsive to us needing someone to check it out quickly. Great service and great product. They arrived on time; did a great job removing old doors and installing new doors. The new doors work great and they are very quiet. They explained how doors worked. They removed all old doors. I highly recommend Access Garage Doors!
