We have been with this company for 5 years now including buying a brand new unit from them in December 2018. Our old unit went out 2 days before we were to host our family Christmas party on a Saturday. Air Kool got our new unit and was at our home that Saturday morning early to get it installed and working before our family members were to arrive.
Our house was warm and toasty and old unit hauled away with any clean up about an hour before our 1st guest arrived. It was a little stressful for us but not for Air Kool.they were on top of everything with a professional manner and got the job done without a hitch. I highly recommend them! My experience with Air Kool has been a rollercoaster. The third time we used them resulted in a negative experience and I thought we wouldn't use them anymore, but to our delight and surprise, the owner reached out personally and did everything he could to fix the situation. We ended up needing to replace our unit, but they credited us the money we had already spent with them trying to fix our problem and he came out again personally after the installation to make sure everything was right and that we were satisfied.
He also brought us a case of filters for our new unit. At the end of the day, the most I can ask for from a business is that they do what they can to stand by their work, which he did. I feel comfortable recommending them because I know if something does go wrong, they'll make it right.

Ken, Tyler and Chelsea were all very helpful in getting my HVAC system tuned-up and running smoothly. In fact, Ken and Tyler spotted & re-attached an air line that had become disconnected. What a positive difference that made to the comfort in that bedroom. I am happy to be onboard with Air Kool's bi-annual maintenance program, too. This program is fairly priced and gives me peace of mind knowing that my HVAC system is being cared for by reliable, honest and professional people.

We had our upstairs AC unit replaced and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The quoting process was quite quick and although our attic isn't the most easily accessible, Ken assured us that it would be no problem and it wasn't. His team led by Juan was extremely efficient and worked like a well oiled machine. We had AC again in a mere 2-3 hours on the install day. (which happened to be Memorial Day weekend) And despite the very wet yard, you could hardly even tell they had been here. I would highly recommend these guys. Top notch professionals.

We had an amazing experience with Air Kool! Our A/C had been having problems on and off so we thought it would be best to go ahead and get the whole unit replaced. I called and they came out the same day to give me a quote and two days later installed a whole new unit. Melissa was very helpful with our financing process and very responsive with scheduling the installation and for Ken to come out a few days after to make sure everything was working properly. Could not have been more pleased and loved how smooth the whole process was! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

My AC quit on Sunday afternoon and the temperature upstairs sky rocketed to 91 degrees. Jane at Air Kool did everything she could to get someone over there as soon as possible. Of course with this heat wave I wasn't the only one having problems. We made it to Tuesday morning and the Air Kool technician arrived like a knight in shining armor. Steven did a beautiful job and had us up and running in under 2 hours.
I did go with the one year maintenance plan that will have both units inspected in the spring and fall for one reasonable price which covered what I had to get fixed Tuesday. I would highly recommend Air Kool to any one looking for an honest, locally owned and operated company.

I had purchased a big deal and it turned out okay. They came out immediately. I had purchased a big deal for $55, and they didn't charge me any more. They did okay, they weren't able to fix the problem, I had to call somebody else. The coupon pricing was fine. He really tried to fix the problem.

We have been using Air Kool for years, and it has been a great experience. They are very reliable and friendly, and they are respectful of the house when they work. I cannot grade the price since Air Kool is the only company that I have used since moving into the house.

They were very good. They took the unit in and everything works great. The workers were fine. Everything is holding up fine. The price was good. We were not in town so my son called and when we were back my husband called and they took care of us. They seemed very professional.

Do make sure that the contractors measure the insulation, windows, doors and glazing for your home and design the system to meet the rquirents for your home. An oversized furnace or air conditioner will not operate efficiently and be more expensive to operate.
