Dust Control
Our asphalt emulsion product called SS1 works by binding itself to the (fines) dust and thereby making the dust too heavy to float in the air. One application will immediately suppress dust and last from a few months to a year, depending upon pavement construction material, vehicle traffic, and rainfall frequency.

Pavement Services removed some of our building's existing concrete foundation, and then poured a thicker slab. The work was performed quickly, as quoted, and very neatly. We had an existing laser cutting machine feet from where this work was performed. You could barely tell Pavement Services was working near it. I could not be more impressed by the work done by this business.

Steve and his guys did a great job on the parking area in front of our office. The previous concrete was falling apart and overgrowing with grass. They completely transformed the area. Blown away at the response of the Pavement Services team. I was having a hard time even getting a call back from other repair services. Steve had his foreman come out within a few hours of calling with a free quote. After getting the green light to get our drain basin repaired he and his team had it knocked out in no time and I couldn't even tell they were there. Highly highly recommend using the Pavement Services team!

We needed to re-pave a parking lot that was old and very damaged. Pavement services was the most economical option and they did an outstanding job. Even the drainage improved and the lot looked like new. When someone stole our manhole cover, Steve came right out and replaced it. Great job. We needed an asphalt overlay to our parking lot and after doing some calling around and quotes, we chose Pavement Services. We could not be more pleased with their work quality and timeliness. Steve expedited the process by first checking the property on Google Earth to give us a rough estimate, and then followed up to confirm with an onsite visit.
We gave them the 'green light' on a Friday, and they were ready for Monday (rain delay set us back to Tuesday). Done. Excellent work. Good business transaction. With the good striping he added, our place now "pops".

Steve is such an awesome person to work with. I've done two jobs with him already. Each time I work with him he is honestly, very responsive, very sweet, and really cares about his customers. His price was competitive and he gets out to get the job done quickly instead of having to wait weeks to get a time slot. He and his team did a good job filling a lot of pot holes at our property. We re-asphalted a private street in Memorial, so fair price and good end product was key to making 6 paying families happy. Steve R was prompt to give us a bid at a fair price, stuck to his timeline, his bid price and did great work. All of the neighbors were happy with the end product. Nice to have a contractor do what they say they are going to do on timing and price while delivering quality work.

Steve showed up next day to look our repair job over and give me a quote. He was considerably lower than the other bidders and did not try to over sell me. Then they showed up next day, did demo and poured same day. Very satisfied with the quality, speed and price. The invoiced matched the quote to the penny. Will use these guys again.
