Recently I was forced to replace my roof due to hail damage. I took in several bids to have this work done when Erik Ramirez representing 21 Roofing Group was recommended to me. Here my search ended. Mr. Ramirez provided a reasonably priced roof replacement package along with all insurance and liability documentation, protecting me, the consumer. 21Roofing Group went on to remove and replace my damaged roof in a timely manner and fully protected my home from damage. 21

Hurricane Ian winds caused damage to the front fascial on one of the eaves on my house. I called 21 Roofing and they had an appraiser out within two days and finished the project in 3 days. Excellent response and work in completing my project.

Chris and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. I had various wind damage on my soffits on both sides of the house with open gaps and birds were coming in out and also making a nest. They also completed shingle repairs and pipe boot repairs to further any roof damage and leaks. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them once my roof is ready for a re-roofing. We are a 19 building condominium in the Sedgefield neighborhood. We have used 21Roofing for repairs on several of our buildings and the replacement of 6 complete roofs. Their pricing is very attractive and the quality of their work is most satisfactory. They have been very responsive when we've had emergency issues arise. The crews they use are very respectful of our property and homeowners.
They communicate well and show up on time. They are efficient and get the job done quickly. Most importantly, their crews do a thorough cleaning of the work space before leaving. Highly recommend!

I had a big problem- I bought a house that not only needed a new roof, but there were structural issues resulting in major leaks into the porch. I was having a hard time finding anyone to even check out my structural problems, and 21 Roofing went above and beyond helping me with bringing in a partner to perform the structural repairs. They finished this part and completed the new roof all within a few days.
The team was fast, professional, communicative, performed exceptional quality work, and proved that they held customer service as the top priority. I'd recommend this company to anyone in the area needing roofing work.

I have used them multiple times for different roof repairs and each time over more than 5 years, they have always provided fast service. We had a great experience with 21 Roofing! Tony was quick to follow up to our inquiry and came out to access our peeling fascia almost immediately. Their quote was far less than other companies and they did a great job. They were here and done within a week of our initial inquiry. Would absolutely recommend.

Great company to work with. Erik in sales was easy to work with. They found more damage then was quoted and we had to fix the whole roof not just the leaking portion. The cost was reasonable even with the added damage that was found. I would recommend for repairs and for replacement of any roof.

Erik and his team at 21 Roofing Group exceeded our expectations for several reasons when compared to the contractors of today. Erik was quick to respond to our request for an estimate to re-roof our home. He took his time explaining the process, came out to our home to assess the job on time, and provided exceptional details and pics for the job estimate.
He was very knowledgeable on the products, and we felt very comfortable with the selected roofing materials. The 21 Roofing crew was on time the morning of the job. They took great care to ensure all landscaping was covered and protected from debris, and were always very considerate, and hard working. Erik and his team were very patient and attentive to any questions we had during the job.

From start to finish I've never felt more comfortable with a company and with the owner, Erik. He is honest, dependable and delivered on all his promises. After full roof replacement, he left my property better than before and the work was great. His whole staff was amazing and I can't believe how fast it went. Pricing was very reasonable.
