About a year ago, we moved from NY to Dover, Massachusetts. The house we bought needed some esthetic improvements, exterior and interior painting. We were very surprised by the incredibly high prices that the contractors gave us. Apparently, they charge the clients based on your zip code?! So, if we live in Dover, then the price will be at least 10k more. After at least 7 companies, which gave us those phony prices, we contacted Echo Housepainting. We were ready for another ‘’surprise’’; however, Vitalie- the founder, was very professional, punctual, and had profound pieces of knowledge regarding the painting field. He promised to send the estimates within 48 hours, and he kept his promise.
At that point, we thought we got a reasonable price compared to the other estimates; however, with the amount of work his team had done, the level of preparation, and the products they used, the price was exceptional for the quality of the job. Echo Housepainting team was very attentive to details and kept the workplace immaculate, always in communication with us, explaining every step of the job and all the details. Lastly, the thing that for sure convinced me that we would never change our contractor was, at the end of the job, we were making the tour around the house to see and check everything, and for my wife and me, things looked perfectbut Vitalie said, well, actually I saw a couple of things, that before we’ll leave we will have to fix it; another word very perfectionist and meticulous. Vitalie & his team prepped, primed and painted the entire exterior of my home. My neighbors all keep telling me how good it looks and I agree. They replaced rotted boards and scraped the old peeling paint off without leaving a mess in my yard. They also painted 4 rooms inside & handled some interior trim work. Vitalie and his team were phenomenal start to finish! Vitalie was incredibly kind and professional; honestly a true pleasure to work with. We enlisted his services to repaint our newly purchased condo and they completely transformed the space. Not only that, but they took into account every finite detail of the project. Their prep-work was incredibly diligent and precise, resulting in a beautiful finish.
I had called several companies for an estimate and EchoHouse painting had not only the best price, but included the most services. They filled and sanded every tiny hole, lined every piece of trim, and even went so far as to repair a water-damaged hole in our bathroom before painting it. Their knowledge regarding what type/kind of paint to use at every step of the process was quite impressive as well.
The communication throughout the process was great. Vitalie sent photo updates daily and kept an open line of communication, always responding in a respectful and timely manner to any and all questions/concerns we had along the way. Their work was incredible, but their professionalism truly puts them above and beyond any other painting/contracting company I have ever worked with.
I would recommend them over and over again. They truly have set the bar high for all contract work we are having done to our new home and frankly, no other company has come close to the diligence and care Vitalie and his team showed us. Vitalie and his crew painted the exterior of our home this past April. We secured his services in the fall of 2020 and as promised, he reached out to us in March, 2021 looking to set up a date to begin the job. (It was so nice not having to chase after a contractor)!! The job was completed in a timely manner.... but more importantly, the crew was hard working and professional and they did a wonderful job! We were completely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend using their services.
