John was a life saver! I had several other hvac techs come prior to assist with my broken ac unit and they couldn't figure out the problem. John arrived and was able to determine that the compressor was grounded in less than 10 minutes. John was able to get a new compressor and installed it the same day! Now I have cool air conditioning! Amazing! Highly recommend!!

John showed up on short notice when my AC stopped working in one room. After telling him the problem he had it up and running in no time. Super honest, super nice guy and didnt try to over charge or upsell me on anything. I live in Sandy Springs and I feel like most things get inflated, price wise here. Highly recommend!

What a company!
I would like to say thank you John for saving my business today! Being the holiday I was worried I wouldnt find someone to come to Newnan to help me. I called Johns Heating, Cooling and Appliance Repair this morning at 8. I told him the heater is not working at my restaurant is there anyway he could get someone out there today? He didnt send anyone John himself showed up. He had my heat working in no time. I could tell right away he had a lot of experience and knew what he was doing. I knew I had picked the right company! John is very nice and explained everything that needed to be done he is easy to talk to and even cracked a few jokes to help me relax. I would highly recommend them
and I will definitely use them in the future!

One of our upright retail freezers started to make a crazy noise so we reached out and were able to get a same day appointment with John. He was very polite over the phone, and made it over to us as fast as he could so that he could assess the problem and help find a solution before the unit became inoperable. John was very polite, very friendly, and even cracked some jokes with us to help put us at ease. He assured us that he could fix the freezer, but because he was missing a part he would have to return the following day. He was great about working around our tight schedule and had our freezer up and running very quickly. For other business owners please note: John was polite to our customers who were moving around him, he was very clean and did not leave any mess behind at all, he worked with us on what times were best for our business, he pricing is VERY reasonable, he was very responsive by both phone and text.
I would HIGHLY reccomend John and will be setting up some preventative maintenance with him moving forward.

I have a Big Chill Retro Refrigerator that quit working due to a compressor failure, which ended up contaminating all the refrigerant in the system, as well as spreading debris throughout the coils. John tried everything to flush and repair our refrigerator, although he was unsuccessful, he was honest, and recommended that we not spend any more money trying to repair it because it would end up costing a lot for parts, and ultimately wouldnt last long.

I have a commercial pizza oven that the other guys wouldn't touch because it is at a residence. John was professional and fair priced. Our refrigerator was not cooling. I called John Heating and Cooling at 8am and explained the situation. I spoke with the owner John Davis and he said that he would be in our area later that day and he could stop by see what the problem was. He stopped by and spent approximately the next 2 plus hours working on the refrigerator. I have never seen such detailed work.
By the time John had finished our refrigerator looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. The price for the repair was so reasonable for the work done....amazingly fair price for the labor.
The really amazing thing that happened later that night was that John called to see how the refrigerator was running. That has never happened before and I can't tell you how much that follow up was appreciated. He followed up the next morning checking to see that all was well.
I would recommend John Heating & Cooling and Appliance Repair 100 percent. It is so nice to have found such an excellent person to do business with.

John is amazing at what he does. Not only is he extremely responsive, even making time for us on the same day, he is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely shows that he cares. We have had him come out for a refrigerator issue and an HVAC issue. Both times he fixed the problem and also educated us on the root cause, best next steps, and how we could prevent the issue in the future. I highly recommend John. We will be calling on him for any of our future needs.

Excellent service, John took extra time to explain to me how my refrigerator should be working and why it was not working correctly. He also serviced my range for me while he was there just to make sure it was working correctly. I would highly recommend him and definitely use him again in the future. John showed up when he said he would be here, even called to let us know he was on his way. We had a problem with our gas stove and John thoroughly checked it out, even helped me clean some areas that I needed to clean! I feel he went way above in fixing the stove and helping me to understand how everything works. This is my first gas stove! I will definitely call him again if we have any issues with it or any other appliances.

It was so nice to find someone to actually repair appliances! After exhausting YouTube for videos to help me do-it-yourself, I found John Heating & Cooling and Appliance Repair on Google. John was able to come by the next morning to see if our gas range and side-by-side refrigerator could be fixed. He was on-time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the appliances were supposed to work (gas flow in the range and how to use the air-balance controls in the side-by-side) and then he repaired them in just a couple of hours. The cost was a fraction of what it would have taken to replace the appliances. It's great to have these appliances functional again. A true professional!

He was excellent. He told me I needed a new filter and showed me how to put it in, but my water still wouldn't come out. I called him and he immediately came by opened up my freezer and took the new filter re entered it ( the correct way) and then BINGO my water starts working. He didn't charge me again and I will tell all of my friends and neighbors to use him!!

We called John to repair the water dispenser on our Fridgidaire Gallery refrigerator after it had stopped working. I had tried some simple steps first on my own without success. John responded immediately and went through a few things to try first and when nothing worked he agreed to come by our house to take a look. He identified the issue and had to order parts. He returned the next day and replaced the water valve assembly on the back of the refrigerator which solved the problem. His price was very reasonable and he gave me some tips to maintain the unit. Overall I am very happy with the work that was performed and John's professionalism. Hard to find such a hard working and honest person these days. Thanks so much John!

Excellent Service! I was looking for someone in Peachtree City Ga to work on my old Refrigerator. John was able to get my 25 year old Maytag Refrigerator working again. He found the parts that was no longer available from his stock of parts and saved me from purchasing a new Refrigerator for my garage.
