Coming from a family of real estate investors, Jeremy started working with his father more then 25+ years ago investing in rental properties & performing all tasks him self like property maintenance, handyman, evictions, estate, basement, garage, refusal, bulk trash, appliance pick up, junk removal, clean outs, & clean ups which led to the property management & wildlife management which we still do today. We are a licensed Nuisance wildlife control operator for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and insured in the state of Maryland.

I can't thank Jeremy enough for the excellent work he completed today. I requested to have a piece of furniture removed and needed it done ASAP. Jeremy was there in no time and disassembled the furniture in a timely manner. He's very friendly and professional, and has great rates.

I hired J4 outdoors to pick up a large heavy 6 piece bedroom set from my second floor to donate. They were on time and did an awesome job. Very professional would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them for any service. They were also the best price out of 5 companies that contacted me for the pick up.

Called Jeremy--he gave me a GREAT price and same day service. Weather was not good and he still got here at exactly the time he said he would which was only an hour after our initial contact. Went great and without any issues or delays. Jeremy consultted me from the beginning to the end and was able to deliver in a tight spot on my property. Everything was done in the time frame which I needed and now how his number on speed dail. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
