The Technician was on time, very polite and caring. Took his time doing the inspection and explained his findings in a way I could understand them. TLC has put in AC units at two of my houses. I've never seen such professionalism, quick response, promises kept of what they said they will do and still the best price out of all of the other AC companies I had go out to the house to give me quotes! I would have thought they would be more expensive with being such a responsive company, but they were the least expensive out of all of them, and not by a little, but by thousands of dollars.
They also gave me a 10 year warranty and 2 free inspections after installing. I've been in real estate for 22 years now and this is by far the best company I've ever dealt with with any trade.

We had an issue with our A/C, blower was broken and our technician was the one who pointed out it was most likely still under warranty. They did all the legwork and the office was kind when I called (a couple times) to get updates on the part. About 3 weeks later the unit had another issue and they came again to look at it. In the meantime it had started working again but I kept the appointment anyway, they gave it a thorough inspection and cleaned some lines and couldn't find an issue but encouraged me to call if another issue pops up.

Dustin, Jane's and the TLC team did a great job in addressing my AC issue and finding a sensible and economic solution to our problem. Instead of replacing our old roof mounted system they suggested a mini-split and it has worked out great. Very happy with the whole process from start to finish and would highly recommend!

Purchased a 1 year maintenance service for 3 units. James waived additional cost for extra units for me as a new customer. Two technician came out and did a complete inspection, and service. Found two faults, replacing a transformer that mice had chewed through the wires causing it to fail, and scheduling a capacitor replacement that was not reading correct capacitance. Checked the drains, and temperatures of the running units and got me ready for the summer. All in all great job, No worries or concerns with TLC.

It went very good and they have everything done. Temperature in the room is perfectly good this time. The did a very good job, they do it very quickly and they cleaned up after themselves.
