Great customer service. We set an appointment up through Facebook they showed up on a Monday for a free inspection and established that our drain field had to be redone. On Thursday they were here to redo our drain field and by Thursday afternoon we were all fixed and ready to go. They were very reasonable on the price and the service was fast and great! Definitely recommend them for any of your septic needs!

They will be honest with you about the condition of your system and not try to up-sell you. We noticed something else and called them, they came back out to fix it. Really great people who will have our business as long as we have a septic.

We had our septic tank pumped out. The gentlemen were very friendly and happy to answer our questions on how to maintain our tank. They seemed very knowledgeable. They actually were able to fit us into their busy schedule which was so helpful to us as we needed the tank emptied soon. Will be using them again. I would recommend them for your septic needs

Scott was wonderful to work with on our new septic system. He stayed in contact thru the long permit process, helped us get it completed as quickly as possible, and was on the job site immediately after getting the permit. Josh is fantastic. I called a couple of places, and Josh was the only one to answer when I called. One place never called me back, and another called back in two days, well after Josh had already came and gave me an estimate to replace my drain field. He got the permit in what seems like record time, and came to install the drain field and finish the job when he said he would. His pricing is also more than fair. If you need septic work, you will not go wrong with Lakeland Septic.

I called after hrs and still got ahold of someone or install 2 risers on my septic since I had 100 lbs lids and was a pain to remove each time to clean the filter. They came out when they said. Didnt take long at all and also clean my filter for me. For the price I couldn't complain. There was no upsetting to this company. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't ask for better service.
