These guys are awesome! We had an issue with our chimney for years where smoke would come back in the house. Three different companies came out and none of them knew what the issue was and always said well maybe the fire you're building is just too big. These guys showed up and figured out the issue in five minutes! We have been loving our fire place and using it with no issue ever since! So grateful they used common sense and figured it out for us!

We can't say enough nice things about Swept Away! Our house had some trees blow down on it and the fireplace / chimney were whipped out. The building contractor didn't know what he was doing and didn't know the proper way to submit an estimate to the insurance company, so the insurance refused to pay for the fireplace and also refused to deal with the contractor.
After dealing for 15 months with a terrible contractor we fired him and called Swept Away, within a couple of days Swept Away had an approved estimate and with a couple of weeks we had a beautiful fireplace completely installed, no problems just big smiles all around.

Swept away was almost half the price of other estimates for a chimney cap. They also waterproofed the entire outside brick of the chimney. They were there on time for the estimate and work, and when they were gone, the only way you knew they were there was the new beautiful cap. Everyone I talked to and those doing the actual work were very friendly and polite. I will use them again if I need any chimney work, and highly recommend them.

Recently removed old forced air cast iron heater from my old fireplace. The inside of the fireplace had to be torn out and replaced, the flue replaced and the hood vent reconfigured. The job was completed to my satisfaction and the fireplace considered safe to use for wood-burning. They did an outstanding job, cleaned up the debris that was left and I would recommend them to anyone with a fireplace that need fixing.

My fireplace has not worked in two years because we were told the logs needed to be changed, the gas lines need to be replaced and the element where the flames was burning from was bad. Well, Spencer was able to debunk all of the above. He had the fireplace working within five minutes of being in the house. Not to mention, the remote control for the thermostat has not worked since we had the fireplace insert installed.
I have the team on speed dial for all of my fireplace needs and would highly recommend them to anyone. This company provided outstanding customer service from the time I called to the time the technician left the worksite. It's because of you, we have an operable fireplace for the winter. I had to replace the entire flu in my Chimney in Mineral Bluff, GA. They were on time and professional. It has been a few years now and the quality of their work has stood up. After they had left it began to rain and I noticed a leak in the Chimney. I called and they turned right around and addressed the issue. I was extremely impressed by their responsiveness. I would definitely use them again.

Moved into this house in 2016 and did not use the fireplace for the first year or so. Saw a billboard with the contact on it, called them and they came out and did a fantastic job. They were punctual, they provided helpful knowledge and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

I could not be happier with the level of service. I have a gas fireplace that looks like it hasn't been used in years. I made an appointment for an inspection, knowing that I would probably need new logs. When I called, Mary was extremely polite and worked hard to find me an appointment as quickly as she could. Spencer and Rodney were on time, very polite and knowledgeable and they did a great job.
As I expected, I needed a new set of logs. They had them on the truck, ready to go when they came out for my inspection. They used a big drop cloth and were very careful to keep things clean. They made sure everything was hooked up safely and even swept the chimney for me at no extra charge. They had everything hooked up and cleaned up in about an hour. Awesome job! I definitely recommend Spencer, Rodney and Swept Away Chimney!
