Tyler was very through with everything and told us the options about what to do. Showed us pictures and told us we have mold on our evaporator coil. We had two other appointments and got tired of waiting. We could not even get either of them to confirm a time. Everyone says they are 24 hours however we called on Friday and still we were waiting at 215 Sunday afternoon. Called one of our scheduled appointments to see if we could get an ETA and they could not confirm a time or even the day that was scheduled.
We then called Alaskan AC & Heating and are we grateful we did. They gave us a window of 3 hours from 3-6. Right after the call we received a text with the confirmation and about 10 mins later an intro to our tech Nick. At 2:59 another text Nick was on his way. Nick was professional and swift. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed and took care of it flawlessly. Thank you Nick and Alaskan for you prompt and professional service. You're the only one in our contacts!

Nick was great! He called because he was early, asking if coming early was OK with us. He was honest, didn't try to charge for an ac issue that was resolved before he got there.so honesty and trust is the big one for me! When I do need Alaskan Air for future issues (which we all hope we don't have, but it will be inevitable) we WILL call Alaskan Air! Trust and honesty are the most important characteristics most consumers look for these days, and I truly believe we found that company! Thank you!

Nick and Alex did a great job, they even came earlier than the appointment time. Reviewed the health report in detail and gave any recommendations that were needed to maintain our air conditioning unit. Easy to speak to and answered any questions I had. I see there are some pretty disappointing reviews for the Tucson office. My A/C was purchased from Alaskan several years ago and is coming to an end of the warranty. I experienced a problem this year and after a few hiccups, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alaskan. A big thank you goes out to Rylan and Chandra in the office who are the front lines for all the frustrations customers (including me) take out on them. They were extremely sympathetic, polite and worked very hard on helping with a solution. Thank you also to Anthony and James C for your prompt responses after hours and on the weekend. And the biggest thank you to James G, who was determined to find and fix the problem. My air conditioning is working perfectly and it was 110 at my house yesterday.
