Charles came out here and gave me a fair estimate for the job I wanted done. After a few days I wanted to add more trees to cut down, so I called him and sent him pictures of what I wanted to add. He gave me the additional estimate, all very reasonable. It was very simple.
I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to listen. I am extremely pleased with the work he and his crew did for me. It's so beautiful!
I really like the flat, level cuts on the removal of the really big trees. There were branches on several very tall trees growing way too close to the house and they cleaned all that up safely and beautifully. They also safely removed some other trees that needed to come down and they were great on all the cleanup.
This is on a very steep hillside by the way, so there was very high climbing and a significant amount of walking up and down the steep hill. They even did some extra cutting with no additional charge.
I highly recommend Charles and his crew and will definitely hire them again.

I contacted N & N for an estimate on a dead tree removal. He was on time for the appt. We had been away from the home and arrived at the same time as Charles only to discover that a storm had toppled a large live oak in my yard. We were in the process of selling our home and this was bad timing. Charles provided both an estimate and scheduled the service date at that point. He and his crew tackled the work safely, methodically, and did an excellent job of cleaning up.

So, here's the deal. I live in Webster Groves. On Memorial Day, an 80-year old Tulip Tree fell on my garage. Smashed the gable, soffit, and took some of the roof with it. The tree just sat there leaning against the house. I called Charles at NN Trees. He walked away from his family and friends on Memorial Day and headed up to my place, 40min away from House Springs.
After scoping out the situation, he said "I'll be here tmrw." Bright and early the next day, Charles and his team were at my house. Before the day was over, the tree was off my house. When Charles returned to haul away the tree; if you blinked you would have missed him. It was so fast. Hire these guys. Professional, fast, generous. They really care about you and your family's safety, and making sure the job is done right. Thanks guys. Really appreciate it.

Absolutely professional. The entire crew was friendly and very hard working. I was told that it would be a 1 1/2 day project and they completed it in that timeframe. I am also impressed that the owner is the one who came out to discuss what was needed, provide a quote and worked with his crew both days. They not only did the job in a timely manner but the cleanup was great. N&N Tree Service is definitely a professional company. I already have them coming out in spring to do more work.

The quality of work was excellent. They came out when they say they would. They used safety measure and they were very good it fell in the right direction. The people and the crew were dressed professionally and I was even impressed that they use radios to talk to each other and they communicate effortlessly. They make sure everything went well. I would absolutely use the service again. They couldn't do any better. They did what I asked them to do. They make sure the log was safe. They were detailed and I can't say enough good things about them.

It was really good, they showed up on time polite they cleaned up after, they are pretty goo, did a good job, it was extremely hot but they did a good job. I was impressed with the way they did the job.

The service was fantastic. They were very professional, extremely on time and extremely courteous. Their actual method in tree trimming is very professional. They've done it quickly, always polite, smiles and put customer first. Very reasonable price. I want to say, nobody was efficient nor professional than this company I've worked with and it's been a pleasure working with them.

The guys did an excellent job, I had a tree next to my home with limbs over my roof. They guys got the tree down safely and professionally also cleaned up all the debris from the job and even cleaned off the roof of debris. A great team, good guys, I highly recommend.
