Electrical Service Upgrades
Upgrading the electrical components of commercial facilities is a necessary but often overlooked service. Every day, businesses use more electricity and demand higher power requirements. This means that in some cases, outdated wiring and other electrical systems need to be upgraded to ensure safety and meet codes. Our team can help you with this process, including updating wiring, lighting, installing new outlets, upgrading breakers and electrical panels, and more to ensure your facility meets all standards and accommodates any required uses.
Standby Generator Installation & Servicing/Maintenance
Standby generators offer a much needed security blanket for many commercial facilities. Without generators, these facilities that service our communities daily, such as hospitals, schools, police stations, fire departments, or even stores, apartment complexes and assisted living facilities, would be at risk of inoperability when the power fails or can't keep up with energy demands. When you trust us to install backup generators to your facility, you can feel confident knowing that any electrical outages wont interfere with the operations of your business.
Panel Upgrades & Surge Protection
Ensuring your commercial facility is protected from unexpected power spikes or surges can be an invaluable measure for protecting your equipment, data, and people. That's why we offer comprehensive surge protection services for all types of commercial facilities, from hospitals to offices, assisted living centers and more. Our team of experienced technicians will assess your unique vulnerability to power surges and provide a tailored plan to maximize the efficiency and safety of any commercial space.
Commercial EV Charging
The future of transportation is undeniably electric, and businesses that are adapting to this are able to offer a valuable service to customers, guests, and employees. Through smart EV chargers, these organizations can provide best-in-class electric vehicle charging while maximizing their infrastructure investment. Popular with business owners, property managers and residents alike, a smart EV charger provides the ultimate convenience taking your sustainability goals to the next level!

Called KSB Electric when a winter storm came through and my wires attached to the house came down. Kevin responded back to me the same I called. Came over the same day to look things over and set a date for repairs to be done AND was here that day. Very professional, courteous and explained everything so I would understand. Highly recommend KSB and will be using them again in the near future. Thanks again guys!

Highly recommend KSB Electric. I just purchased a home that needed some major electrical updates. I had KSB update my panel from 100 to 200 amps and replace all of the outlets, switches and swap some fixtures. They were punctual, professional and extremely responsive. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them.

Great guys, very nice and professional. Had some old outlets I was concerned with and contacted Kevin to replace all outlets and switches for piece of mind so I know everything is done right. They came in and knocked everything out in a few hours. They were even able to add an outlet in my bathroom that didn't have one before. That wasn't even in my original ask as I figured that was a big job, but was a suggestion when they looked everything over before starting work.
Even with more work done the total cost ended up lower than the actual over the phone estimate. Obviously over the phone they have no idea the condition of things so probably aim on the high end just in case, but other companies would probably just pocket the difference. I have a couple other electric projects that I want to do in the next few months and I plan to use KSB for those as well.

We called KSB Electric to help us update our Father's house. We were selling it, and buyers insisted on a new electric panel as well as all new plugs. They knew we were pressed for time, to get it done for the closing, and brought in a whole team of electricians! Not only did they get it all done in one day, but they were professional and cleaned up everything before leaving. We couldn't have asked for any better service! Buyers happy as well.
