When we bought our building, it did not come with a floorplan. The original owner had lost it years ago. Oliver did a great job drawing up new ones. I'm no expert when it comes to drafting and design, hence hiring a professional in the first place, but I felt everything was done very professionally. He used laser measuring tools and gave us measurements for every wall, nook, cranny, and space we could possibly want. He helped us tremendously with planning out our remodel and what to put where.

I have worked with Oliver as an interior designer professionally for a few years, and he has always been professional and wonderful to work with. His architectural drawings are very detailed and portray exquisite designs. Oliver Is amazing. We choose him because we were looking for something different. Not the cookie cutter house. We wanted something that tied into the local history but with the modernist feel with clean. He took the compilations of ideas we had to make something more then I could ever imagine. We were impressed with his attention to detail and his quick responses. I can wait to get this project of the ground into something that could really be in the cover of the next Dewell magazine.
