We are happy with our new roof from New Era Roofing. All went smoothly from the sales through the cleanup! Our salesman explained everything clearly and accurately. The materials were delivered and stacked on the roof the day prior to installation. The installation crew arrived early and worked very diligently through the day. They even covered the pool, A/C and shrubbery, to protect them from the waste. The cleanup was quite thorough, they even remembered to clean out the gutters. The new roof looks very nice.

I've heard most people get 3 quotes when choosing a company to replace their roof. Im a little picky/meticulous/ detail oriented so I got 10 quotes to be on the safe side. Magic Improvement stood out from the rest by far. I've dealt with sales person after sales person but it was refreshing to deal with the owner himself and that made a world of difference.
I didn't feel like just another sale. Ray did a great job explaining the whole process and setting expectations. He took time in tailoring a package based on my wants/needs and had the best pricing with quality work to boot. Everyone I've encountered during the process have been extremely professional and provided quality work. Roofers, administration, owner all get 10/10!

My quote from Eber was right in line with the other bids and easy to work with. I decided to give Eber the roof job since his bid outlined the services he would be providing. I was concerned about my Koi Pond that is next to the house and they made a cloth cover attached to the roof edges to catch any falling debris. He was very considerate of any request you made and was able to communicate to his workers. The roof looks great and the area was cleared and clean. I definitely would recommend him. The best in Fort Lauderdale.

We had our roof redone. Our experience was very good. Eber was professional & worked with us, since we have solar panels that had to be first removed before his crew could start work. The work was done in the timeframe that he gave us. He was always available if we had questions or concerns. His crew was always on time & careful in cleaning up each day. We would definitely recommend using them if you need roof work.

She Health and answered all my questions whenever I ask and it was take to respond to any problems that I had throughout the process. From the first time me and my wife met Eber he was professional and informing. He did not come to sell me but to educate me on my roof and what I needed. Other companies were less expensive but New Era offers quality material and quality installation. Roof looks great and it was worth the money.
