Highly recommend Access Garage Doors for installation, repairs and service. We had torsion spring break unexpectedly on Clopay garage door that had been in service 27 years. They immediately came out and made the repairs, as well as performed maintenance on our other two garage doors. Very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of service.

Josh was the only technician that actually fixed my problem with garage door after previous technicians came out from Access. He actually took down, started from scratch and did what was required to make everything correct that was making my door from operating properly. He's the best, most knowledgeable and courteous technician that has been here from Access Garage Doors. Would request him for service. Highly recommend him.

What nice people! The person who came and did the estimate was very knowledgeable and personable. The installer were great guys, very professional. Very happy with my garage doors. Love Cloplay garage doors they don't fold up when hit. The installer Forest was excellent he answered my questions as he continued to work. Access is the best. They initially installed very nice system and then have taken care of it well. They always come right out if needed. Yesterday the puppy chewed the wires of the sensor. Today I called them and they came right out this afternoon. And such nice gentlemen who work for them too. Highly recommend.

Needed my garage door fixed to be able to get my car out of the garage. The spring had broken on my door. I called around noon and they had someone out that day by 4 pm! They clearly explained the fees and charges before they started work. They had it repaired with with new better quality springs within 40 minutes. Very proficient and professional! Thank you!

I had to have the top panel on both garage doors replaced. Access ordered the panels and installed them when they came in. The design of the original doors didn't have adequate bracing and the replacement panels are the same. Access added reinforcement pieces to the tops of the doors to prevent the new panels from bending. I recommend Access Garage Door and would use them again.
