He was very prompt to get it done and after speaking to him just a few minutes, you could tell he was very honest which is what I want when buying a house. The whole truth and nothing but. He also came across as a family man which I find very admirable. If I buy another house, I would define want him to do the inspection

Very prompt and answer any questions you may have. Showed up on time and did a detailed walk through and inspection and helped me understand anything I didn't via layman's terms to further understand what I was up against. Very polite and humble.
