I hired Work by Q led by Quinten to do major kitchen updates one year after purchasing my house. I wanted a practical roomy kitchen space and to achieve that I decided to redesign the kitchen by relocating major appliances like a refrigerator and gas range. I contacted three contractors and none of them was able to offer a full service, which means I have to deal with multiple service providers to finish the project.
After continuous searching, I hired Work by Q., and I am glad I did. Quinten, the company's owner, is so responsive and patient in answering all my questions and concerns. His team is very professional, focused, on time, and polite. Quinten and his team took pride in doing all the jobs I wanted to have in my dream kitchen from A-Z including relocating the gas line which requires professional plumbing service, electrical work, Installing the backsplash, and painting.
I am very happy and satisfied with the quality of work they accomplished. I will hire Work By Q company for any future renovation projects. I highly recommend them to other customers.

Quentin and his team were professional throughout the entire project for which they were hired. As with any home upgrades/renovations, there were some issues that came up, and Quentin made sure everything was handled. They did an excellent job of installing my bathroom vanity, repairing the drywall, and doing some electrical work. I would highly recommend this company.

Quentin and his crew did an amazing remodeling job on our 25 year old deck. We are thrilled with the results. Everyone was very professional and meticulous. Work by Q removed vinyl shutters and shutter clips from brick exterior and installed new vinyl screw down shutters. They were very meticulous in their work. They were also able to do a shingle and siding repair on the spot which was wonderful. Responsiveness was what really sold me on working with this company. Top notch and hard to find these days. Would definitely use them for other projects.

The Work by Q team did a great job on our home. We wanted a new flooring and they gave us a new house. They made sure everything was leveled, and they even fixed last minute problems we found out after removing our old tiles. I hired Quentin after having a terrible experience with another, larger contractor who had been recommended by a realtor. Quentin offered a very reasonable rate and his crew did an outstanding job. They installed LVT, replaced the baseboards, and repainted some cabinets. Quentin was very responsive through the entire process and oversaw the work site personally each day. I will definitely call him first next time!

I hired Work by Q to paint the interior of my townhome and power wash the exterior before staging for sale. All I can say is I wish I hadn't waited until I was moving to make my home look so nice! Their team was very tidy and gave extra attention to keeping the interior of my house clean from drop cloths starting at the front door, to vacuuming any debris left behind. Attention to detail on the baseboard and trim was outstanding. Will certainly hire them for any handyman needs in the future.

I have been using work by Q for five years now. They have done everything for me from minor repairs to complete remodeling. I recently purchased a townhouse that he completely restored. I can't say enough positive things about Q LLC! I originally hired the company for small jobs. They exceeded my expectations! I have been so pleased with the responsiveness, thoroughness, and skills! Top notch crew that cares about their end product. As a realtor, I hired the team to update a $1M house with basic and specialized improvements to prep it for market.
