Fantastic and professional service from start to finish, especially as a recent first-time homeowner. I had the pleasure of first speaking with Danny on the phone who answered my questions and was able to quickly set up an appointment to replace the 20 year-old leaking water heater the next morning. Pedro was our tech and was punctual, professional, patient and just an all around great human. He walked me through the whole process and clearly communicated what he had done and what we could do to maintain the new unit. Highly recommended!

I bought a water heater and 2 years later the thing starter to leak from the top, so I call the company and Gil answered and told me he could come right away. Gave me the options for heaters and how the installation would work, and then proceeded to work on the damage tank. Definitely would recommend to anyone in a bit of pluming trouble. cleaned up after the work was completed and and the price was excellent for the work he did, 20 out of 10.

Gil and Claudio really helped me and my family out earlier this week. They were very speedy to reach out and instruct me on how to turn off my water to the house to stop a water leak from causing a ton of damage. They were also super professional in person and were very courteous enough to stop and ask me what I wanted done before they did anything. My bathroom and toilet clogged at the same time late evening. It's a duplex house and my neighbor had the same issue. Gil came at 9pm and was working on the roof with his assistance until midnight to clean sewage line. Even though it was dark and late, he put so much effort to resolve the issue. He came back again the day after early morning to fix the broken pipe. Gil was responsive, supportive and ensured I understood the issue and how to prevent it. Gil even fixed my entrance door key lock, complementary. Great professional job!
