I had leaks at a couple of scuppers and low spots that were ponding when it rained. They pressure washed the roof before doing any repairs. The crew were friendly and were at my house at the time they said they would be there. I will be calling them back to reroof a large porch. Thank you

Could not be happier with their service. Highly recommend. They communicated well throughout the process. We had a house and cabana and the cabana had some bad damage. The team lead Sergio did a great job of communication and addressed my wife's concerns. They not only did a great job on the roofs but also their clean up was perfect. Desert Sky Roofing replaced my roof due to storm damage. The owner Bill came out to evaluate as one of four companies I called. His polite and professional manner, along with The time he took to explain to me the things I needed to know is what landed this company the job. Justin and Josh came out and did the work. Both where extremely polite and professional. Curtious and cautious of my indoor/outdoor animals. Took great care and time to check my yard for any debris/nails to clean up so as not to hurt the animals. I am very impressed and grateful for the service they provided. What a great company to have to repair your roof and care for all your roofing needs. I had a corner of the roof lift up and was exposing the wood and leaking during the current rain. Bill came out the next day and inspected the damage and gave me an estimate that felt accurate and fair. The work was completed to all expectations. A company.

Bill and his two sons repaired a well worn porch roof badly in need of an update. Bill explained exactly what he was going to do and the time frame. He was there when he said he would be.he and his two sons were professional and very knowledgeable. When the job was done, cleanup was immaculate. The owner Bill was great to work with and very professional. The price was very reasonable and affordable. There supervisor Justin and his crew where great. They communicated very well and keep my wife and I informed the whole time during the process. They took the time to answer any questions we had and where very friendly and polite. Desert Sky is the bomb! They are professional, respectful and courteous. They did a great job on coating my flat roof. Then a month later after a hail storm hit my house, Bill came and fixed a leak in the scupper on the day after the storm! I had Bill replace 2 broken skylights and decided to replace the other 8 skylights. His price was great and when another hail storm came last weekend I had no damage to the skylights.

Bill and his crew were professional, considerate, and prompt. Bill's moto is to bring integrity back to the roofing business and I am a witness to that. There are many examples that I could include in this review but I'll mention just a few. First, Bill is very polite and respectful on the phone. This is quite different from the roofing companies that seemed rush and impatient when I asked for an estimate. Second, when I had to delay the repair by 2 months, Bill returned my deposit.
I told him that he could keep it but he insisted on returning it. This reflects a man who is honest and places integrity over money. Third, aside from Bill checking in with me several times during the repair, I was impressed when he called me at work to let me know that his crew bumped the satellite dish and it may need adjusted. That type of concern for customer satisfaction is rare these days and is the sign of a true professional. After 5 big storms since the repair, there are no signs of leaks or out-of-place shingles.

I knew every roofer within 100 miles of Green Valley would be booked. I called Desert Sky before the storm had ended because one of my skylights was destroyed and rain was pouring in. Bill called 1st thing next morning to report he would be on my roof tarping the hole before noon. Turned out I ended up with 2 skylights destroyed and he had everything handled in 30 minutes.
He wrote up a quote that was very professionally designed and presented. He's a total gentleman and excellent businessman. Just take a look at the website! The total costs which included 2 skylights replaced and roof damage repaired was unbelievably reasonable! Highly recommend this honest, licensed, bonded, insured roofing contractor!

I received the value packet of coupons that come in the mail and there was one for Desert Sky Roofing, I contacted Bill Kimbley the owner, he came out and gave me a price and explained everything they would do, I had an old solar panel on the roof that needed to be removed and he said he would do it and make the necessary repairs. They came out scrubbed the roof and power washed it, fixed all the cracks and coated the entire roof, they came back the next day and put on the second coat.
They were very professional and did everything they said they would do on time. The thing that impressed me the most was I got the coupon discount, a senior discount, 1st responders discount and a cash discount, I have never heard of any company honoring all those discounts, it is always one or the other. I will be recommending Desert Sky Roofing to everyone I know for roofing work. Bill keep up the good work your company and crew are awesome.

I contacted Desert Sky Roofing about a possible repair, priming and coating a patio/deck surface. They came out and pressure washed the surface to prepare for the work but advised upon their inspection nothing needed to be done. Good workmanship: Knowledgeable of roofing trade shown by finding 2 rotted areas and then repair around 2 square feet each. Two coats of coating were done over entire roof. My error of approx. 3% over payment was found by Desert Sky; Showing honor.
