When we purchased our home with a flat roof in the foothills, we inherited just about every issue imaginable. Cody and Danny, however, were not intimidated and addressed each problem with confidence and skill. They are true craftsmen, and I appreciate them treating my home as if it were their own. The cost was very fair considering the effort, time and materials required to complete the job right, and the results speak for themselves. I finally can exhale knowing that my roof is in great shape for the next several years at least, and I will not hesitate to use DSR again when the time comes for future maintenance.

I requested an estimate to get my flat roof resealed and repair some leaking scuppers. They kept their appointments and showed up to do the work when they said they would. They were neat and did a very good job cleaning up. They addressed my concerns and offered a 3 year warranty. Their price was competitive and offered great discounts for Senior citizens and paying in cash, and I also used a coupon from ValPak. I am very happy with the job and the services they provided. I would definitely recommend this company.

These guys are tidy and precise and on time. Very organized. Extremely tidy. Good communication. Roof coating went on evenly with zero dripping and no mess or need to repaint anywhere. They even laid out tarps in the driveway to collect nails and debris.

Highly recommend. I chose Desert Sky because I felt their salesman was the most conscientious and honest with the inspection and sent me the best looking and easiest to read quote at a very reasonable price. Also, he quickly responded to questions I had after receiving the quote and gave me time to consider my options. Once I made a decision, they scheduled my work within about two weeks. The staff who did the recoating were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. They also provided me with a full report at completion. One of the easiest and smoothest home maintenance/repair companies I have worked with in Tucson.

The best contractor experience I've had! Following onsite inspection of the roof in the morning, Taylor provided a detailed estimate of the reroof service I'd requested by the end the day and made a revision I requested to the draft contract almost immediately. Jaime was assigned as Project Coordinator and was fantastic in communication and oversight throughout. Scheduling was impacted by an electrical contractor I used to remove and replace solar panels as well as rain, but Desert Sky worked with me seamlessly on the schedule adjustments as needed. After completion of the reroof, Jaime even returned to verify there was no damage caused by the electrical contractor during reinstallation of the solar panels and repainted the roof vents and pipes an alternate color I requested. The crew that performed the work were efficient and cleaned up all debris at the end of each day. Got multiple bids and felt Desert Sky's price was best value based on quality and warranty.

Desert Sky was amazing to work with on my roof repair. They got back to me promptly. The owner stopped by for the estimate quickly. I enjoyed talking with him and learning some things about the roofing industry in southern AZ that will be helpful in the future. They got the repair done quickly and the cost was way more reasonable than what others had quoted. Plus the work that actually needed to be done was not as extensive as others had tried to pass off on me. I will definitely use Desert Sky for any future roof jobs I need.

I got five different estimates for my roof. Desert Sky wasnt the lowest bid, but they offered the best coverage (two full coats) and the strongest maintenance plan at a very reasonable cost. Some of the cheaper estimates cut corners and included much less.
I decided to move forward with Desert Sky, and I was impressed with how efficiently they operate. The crew did excellent work, and Jaime in particular deserves recognition. He was very helpful, accommodating, and professionalan employee who truly reflects well on the company.
Overall, Im very satisfied with the quality, value, and service I received from Desert Sky and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I followed my great neighbors research in roofing and roofing repairs. After carefully reviewing their notes, I went with the same company. I am not disappointed! The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable. They were EARLY to the job by days! The work is impressive. Every crack was covered; every patch was completed. I had leaks at a couple of scuppers and low spots that were ponding when it rained. They pressure washed the roof before doing any repairs. The crew were friendly and were at my house at the time they said they would be there. I will be calling them back to reroof a large porch. Thank you

The team lead Sergio did a great job of communication and addressed my wife's concerns. They not only did a great job on the roofs but also their clean up was perfect. What a great company to have to repair your roof and care for all your roofing needs. I had a corner of the roof lift up and was exposing the wood and leaking during the current rain. Bill came out the next day and inspected the damage and gave me an estimate that felt accurate and fair. The work was completed to all expectations. A company.

Bill and his two sons repaired a well worn porch roof badly in need of an update. Bill explained exactly what he was going to do and the time frame. He was there when he said he would be.he and his two sons were professional and very knowledgeable. When the job was done, cleanup was immaculate. Desert Sky is the bomb! They are professional, respectful and courteous. They did a great job on coating my flat roof. Then a month later after a hail storm hit my house, Bill came and fixed a leak in the scupper on the day after the storm! I had Bill replace 2 broken skylights and decided to replace the other 8 skylights. His price was great and when another hail storm came last weekend I had no damage to the skylights.

Bill and his crew were professional, considerate, and prompt. Bill's moto is to bring integrity back to the roofing business and I am a witness to that. There are many examples that I could include in this review but I'll mention just a few. First, Bill is very polite and respectful on the phone. This is quite different from the roofing companies that seemed rush and impatient when I asked for an estimate. Second, when I had to delay the repair by 2 months, Bill returned my deposit.
I told him that he could keep it but he insisted on returning it. This reflects a man who is honest and places integrity over money. Third, aside from Bill checking in with me several times during the repair, I was impressed when he called me at work to let me know that his crew bumped the satellite dish and it may need adjusted. That type of concern for customer satisfaction is rare these days and is the sign of a true professional. After 5 big storms since the repair, there are no signs of leaks or out-of-place shingles.

I knew every roofer within 100 miles of Green Valley would be booked. I called Desert Sky before the storm had ended because one of my skylights was destroyed and rain was pouring in. Bill called 1st thing next morning to report he would be on my roof tarping the hole before noon. Turned out I ended up with 2 skylights destroyed and he had everything handled in 30 minutes.
He wrote up a quote that was very professionally designed and presented. He's a total gentleman and excellent businessman. Just take a look at the website! The total costs which included 2 skylights replaced and roof damage repaired was unbelievably reasonable! Highly recommend this honest, licensed, bonded, insured roofing contractor!

I received the value packet of coupons that come in the mail and there was one for Desert Sky Roofing, I contacted Bill Kimbley the owner, he came out and gave me a price and explained everything they would do, I had an old solar panel on the roof that needed to be removed and he said he would do it and make the necessary repairs. They came out scrubbed the roof and power washed it, fixed all the cracks and coated the entire roof, they came back the next day and put on the second coat.
They were very professional and did everything they said they would do on time. The thing that impressed me the most was I got the coupon discount, a senior discount, 1st responders discount and a cash discount, I have never heard of any company honoring all those discounts, it is always one or the other. I will be recommending Desert Sky Roofing to everyone I know for roofing work. Bill keep up the good work your company and crew are awesome.

They came out and pressure washed the surface to prepare for the work but advised upon their inspection nothing needed to be done.
