Healthy Carpets was very efficient and came with a plan to clean our area rugs and love seat. They showed up on time, walked through the project and they got right to work. The time took about 4 hours to clean our home. We are happy.

Marshall did a great job on our sectional sofa, recliner and carpet in 3 rooms. He was professional, on time, and even left us a bottle of spot treatment for future use. We love that his products are "green" and didn't leave any harsh chemical smells. We would highly recommend Healthy Carpets!

I was drawn to Healthy Carpets because I wanted to try organic, plus the reviews were excellent. Marshall responded immediately to my request and was exceptionally communicative until the end of the job. The carpet in our living and dining rooms, stairs and hall are at least 20 years old. Contractors had been up and down our stairs for months and needed a thorough cleaning.
We are so impressed with the results which left a wonderful orange scent. There is no doubt Marshall takes pride in what he does. Healthy Carpets will continue to be our carpet cleaning service.

Marshall did a really good job cleaning our rug and white sofa. He also inspected our air ducts, and gave us good advice on what else we might want cleaned. This is our second time having him out, and definitely will again.

Questions were answered quickly via texts and the automated updates were great reminders - excellent work cleaning a life- and new-puppy-stained white/beige carpet. We had a previous carpet cleaner who wasn't nearly as effective as Healthy Carpets.
It looks brand new -- three flights of carpeted stairs included. - the estimate and price were spot on. No surprises there. Cons: - literally none. The only con would be your poor decision to hire a _different_ carpet cleaner for your home or business.

This is the second time we have used Healthy Carpets. Once last year to clean all the rooms before moving in and again this year to clean our living room and hallway. Both experiences were exceptional. Marshall is very responsive and we were able to schedule a cleaning with only two days notice. He was timely (actually early and called in advance) worked quickly and the results were fantastic. Helped with the furniture after the room was clean and put pads underneath everything so it could completely dry and our lives weren't entirely disrupted with a couch in our kitchen. And a great personality on top of it all! Would highly recommend and will plan on using him all the time going forward! Thanks, Marshall!

Service was professional and they arrived right on time. The Owner, Marshall, gave us advice on how to make sure the carpet dried after cleaning since the attic room they cleaned does not have heat vents. They were careful when entering the house with their equipment (hoses from the van).

I bought a Groupon for this company, which was the main reason I worked with them this first time. Scheduling was very simple and they were able to accommodate me within a week's time. The two men showed up a bit late, but got right to work. They worked efficiently and neatly and were finished in about 30 minutes. The furniture looks great. I would definitely hire them again in the future.
