Just had my tile redone in my one and only bathroom. A challenging project given it's hard for a family to function without a tub and shower for too long. Redid the tub surround and added vanity splash to the ceiling. Elisabeth in Sales and Dominic the installer were the experts handling my job. Both did a great job looking after me and super stoked with the end result.
Both the design and install made a huge impact on my bathroom. Renovation of course with a few snags but they worked with me to stay on course and achieve the end results I was looking for. Thank you both!

Sierra did all the flooring in our new home last year and we were so impressed with the quality and workmanship that we went back to find a small amount of matching tile for the laundry room backsplash. Even though we only needed a little bit of tile Elizabeth's customer service was fabulous. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect tile for the right price. I've been working with Sierra Flooring for just over two years now and I cannot say enough good things about their team! The staff at Sierra have always been so welcoming and their showroom is one of the best I've come across. As a designer, I need a showroom with great lighting, lots of product to select from and the ability to view retail pricing with ease. Sierra checks all of those boxes!
I've mainly been dealing with Kevin for all of my design projects and he has been fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable and if he doesn't have the answer, he's quick to get back to me. He takes the time to ensure I have everything I need and is on site making sure the install is progressing smoothly. I would highly recommend Sierra for all of your flooring and wall tile needs!

Brilliant! I had the best experience from start to finish. Dean was professional, great with communication, and very knowledgeable. He recommended a beautiful product that we are so happy with. Our install Russ was top-notch! He did a perfect job and even took less time than we thought he would! What a rare surprise when it comes to anything construction. Russ even complimented the product and said that it was a beautifully constructed Luxury Vinyl Plank and that we will be very happy with it. Not a single negative thing to say about this team. If you ever need flooring Dean should be the only person you call!

Elizabeth Ninkovic provided exceptional service when we brought a piece of tile in to try to find a match for it during our bathroom renovation. She immediately recognized the tile which was very unexpected and then discovered that they don't carry them anymore but went out of her way to locate some locally for me, contacted the person on my behalf and made arrangements for me to pick them up. That is service second to none that one rarely experiences and she deserves more than 5 stars, but 5 is all that is possible here. Thank you, Elizabeth.

Great customer service and very honest people. I had problem with floor on newly built home, some of it was manufacturer fault and some of it installer. Their supervisor "Max" came in and fully accepted the responsibility and offered to fully replace the floor. Very few companies out there that takes the accountability, not just when they do great but also when they don't. their whole service department was very friendly and easy to deal with. definitely recommend this company to everyone.

From design/picking out colors to the installation Sierra was fantastic. Brandon the installer was awesome already have had comments on the tile floor work. Highly recommend Sierra Flooring in fact we are already planning an upgrade to the bathroom that will need tile and planning to use Sierra again!

Just had Sierra Contract Flooring install new carpet in our house. Ryley and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. While picking out our carpet from Sierra's huge selection, not once were we pressured into up-sizing. Prior to ordering, we did shop around and determined that Sierra had the best price for what we settled on (other stores did carry the identical product). Sierra even held the price for a substantial period of time until our contractors completed the inside of our house.
The installation crew showed up on time as scheduled and were professional and tidy. They did an excellent job! Carpet was installed as well on 13 stairs and the work was so good that trim on the stairs is not required. We will definitely use Sierra Contract Flooring for any future needs.

The team at Sierra, both at the main store and those that came in for our tile work during our kitchen Reno were absolutely fantastic. Professional, extremely helpful and made the process easy and seamless for us. The installers were quick, tidy and incredibly polite. I will definitely use them again for all our tile work!

We had our plastic vents replaced with hardwood vents and mounted flush with the existing hardwood flooring. Marcel came to take count and measurements as well a sample floor board. The vents were prepared a couple weeks later and scheduled for installation. The wooden vents look great, the color match is perfect and the installation was well performed.
We also had a floor board that was uneven, which Sierra removed and replaced with a replacement board and the floor is no longer uneven. I wanted to thank you for accommodating my schedule and Claude and Chad were very professional, kept the house clean and performed the job efficiently.
