Just got a new heat pump (ac/heat), all new duct work, and insulation. Start to finish great experience from Steven (who designed/quoted) and team. The guys who showed up to do the work were timely, professional and all around nice dudes. My bulldog (who's a maniac) needs a bit of attention and having people in the house was quite stressful. Tony, Bryant, and Chris all made sure to give him a little pat'n'scratch each time they walked past him which made the whole thing much less traumatizing for him and helped put him at ease with all the commotion going on. They did great work, cleaned up and complete a huge job in 2.5 days. As long as this unit does well, I give my experience 5 stars! Great work guys!

Erick was great, on time, called 30 then 15 min prior to arrival. Introduced himself to me, did a thorough inspection of the furnace and a/c system, diagnosed problem and gave me a few different options to fix the problem. I would recommend to friends and family

Although it took several weeks to get heater working (ordered parts, then finding out it was the wrong part) once the correct parts came in the job was completed quickly by the technician (Bryant Hernandez). But each time technicians came they were always courteous and concerned. They even supplied two portable heaters to help keep my mother (95yrs old) and myself warm through the cold weather. When parts came the dispatcher even worked to have technicians come as soon as possible. Excellent customer service!

I only have wonderful things to say about this company and my technician. Andrew Rice was very knowledgeable about my system and thermostat. He went way above the call in teaching me about my system and telling me what was wrong with it. He worked very efficiently and was extremely kind. Give this dude a raise! You don't meet many people like him! The price was also VERY reasonable. I own several properties throughout San Diego and will never use another company for HVAC. Thanks again, Andrew!
