We needed our VCT floor tile stripped and waxed within a definite timeframe. Veterans came through with that. They did a great job of stripping, cleaning and applying EPIC floor finish. Very professional staff and completed in the timeframe promised.

We were surprised at the professional service we received from Veterans Cleaning from start to finish. We needed to have some carpets cleaned. Honestly, it was way overdue. We called, and they sent someone out the next day for an estimate. We were given the name of the person coming, along with a picture and their last background check. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable.
We set up an appointment for the cleaning. The day before our appointment, we got an email telling us the person's name coming to do the cleaning, a photo of Victoria, and her last background check. She also arrived on time. She worked her magic on our carpets and brought life back into them. She did a fantastic job. We had a wonderful experience with Veterans Cleaning and will be using them again!

My experience with Veterans Cleaning was great! Our hand-me-down furniture was old and worn out, and with 5 kids (all boys) in our home, our couches were so stinky I didn't want to sit on them anymore. Jim came and gave my an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and made me feel comfortable with what to expect. Jade was our cleaning technician, and she was fantastic!
She actually seemed to enjoy her job. She worked diligently and knowledgeably. I was very comfortable having her in my home. After she left, I put my nose right up on that furniture and couldn't smell a thing. I liked that the cleaning solutions didn't leave a heavy perfume, as if they were masking the problem. All my furniture and carpets look and feel 10 years newer.
I'm actually comfortable sitting on my sofa again! Having my upholstery cleaned was an investment, but well worth it. I feel like I can have company over again. I highly recommend Veterans Cleaning!

Recently I hired VCS to help save my carpeting at one of my rental properties in Daleville. A tenant moved out of my townhouse after two and half years, leaving the upstairs, stairwell and living room carpet in extremely horrible condition. This tenant was only the second renter in my unit since I replaced the carpeting just 4 years ago. While the vacating tenant did run a vacuum cleaner across the carpets to give the appearance that they cleaned the unit; it was very apparent by the stains, odor, traffic wear patterns and extra surface debris that the carpeting was not kept clean during their tenure in my unit.
In fact, I vacuumed behind the tenant and was disgusted by what my vacuum sucked out of the carpet. I called VCS for a free consultation and an estimate and was confident that they could help restore my carpets so I could rent my unit again. VCS's certified technician Alex did an absolute phenomenal job cleaning my carpets, giving them an almost new level of clean. VCS saved me from having to prematurely replace the downstairs and stairwell carpeting. Thank you Veterans and Alex!

Excellent. The girl was running late but called me in advance of my appointment to tell me she would be about 15 minutes late. She did a great job. Removed the stains and was so friendly and professional.

Veterans did a great job washing my house. They showed me spots before that concerned them on the roof and then completely cleaned those areas and the entire house. They were very prompt and very easy to deal with.
