Nicholas, from Prestige Air installed a new A/C unit. The work was done on-time and at the estimated cost. That is to be expected. But Nicholas also found that one of my smart thermostats was not working. I purchased the replacement thermostat and Nicholas returned to install it for free. He came back a second time to rework a faulty wire.
Very, very good customer service and I would recommend Prestige Air to others.

Had a leak and was losing coolant. A-1 Air wanted $500 for leak test. Will from Prestige Air came, did a visual inspection and sniff test and found a leak in the evaporator coil which is covered by warranty for just the cost of a service call. Great service.

Had a mini split go bad and they were able to come out and install a new one the very next day. No pushy sales pitch, just straight to the point.
When they arrived, it started pouring rain and even the power went out but they kept working and got it done. Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain what was going on with my system, and made the whole process easy to understand.
Honest, quick service and the best tradesmen Ive seen. I highly recommend this company.

Today, a tech came out to my parents home and did a fantastic job. He even went out of his way to make a voice recording for them to share with us - because naturally we asked what service did you have done? The vm was so professional and on the fly. The service was wonderful and very precise. We will use Prestige again and we highly recommend them.

I cant give Brett enough praise. He was extremely professional with the entire process. He explained my AC situation in such a way that Im more in tune and educated on why my AC issue began in the first place! Nicholas was also very professional in giving a realistic expectation of arrival for Brett and my AC was fixed in a matter of minutes. Nicholas, the owner, came and was very professional. He arrived on time and did a thorough check on each of my AC units and explained what he was looking for. He didn't mind me hovering over what he was doing, in fact, he preferred me, the customer, to be there to witness his work. Hired Prestige air through the Thumbtack App and was very happy I did. Nicholas was extremely prompt, professional and kind. We ended up not needing service due to his product and HVAX knowledge and honest approach, but signed up for his maintenance plan (2 check ups annually) knowing he would take great care of us in the future. Thanks Nicholas for coming out early on a Saturday and helping us out!

Nick was so great! The cold weather came fast this week and we discovered that our heater just wouldn't turn on. We called Prestige at 7pm and they were at our door by 9am the next morning. They found the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes and I'm so glad we called them. They were in and out so fast and were very mindful of all the COVID safety precautions. I'm so glad to have heat! Definitely recommend Prestige - trustworthy quality service still exists!

I received an email and a text the day before my appointment. The day of, they were running a bit late from an earlier appointment (emergency) but texted and messaged me to let me know - great communication. They did a thorough evaluation of my system and removed ivy that had grown into my condenser. Very professional and friendly! Highly recommend.

I just want to brag on the responsiveness and follow thru from Nicholas Rozier! He went well over and above to help me in getting a part for my sons home furnace. As a mother, even though my "child" is grown, I don't want he, his fiance and my grand-dogs to suffer without heat more than can be helped. On 3 back to back communications with Nicholas at literally closing time yesterday, into after hours, and then early this morning, he helped us get the final part (2nd of 2 we needed) so that my son could get his furnace up and running.

Seriously, this was easily one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. My AC started making sounds you never want to hear. I called several companies and made my decision based on who was most willing to give me options and answer my nervous questions. Nicholas and Randy were great communicators. When I chose them, they showed up on time, were very friendly, talked me through any questions I had on-site, and even went the extra mile to follow up the next week to make sure I had no issues.
I did have an issue a week later, but it was because of an issue with the duct work that wasn't part of what they had worked on. They came back out when I was free and fixed it in mere minutes. They even wore shoe covers inside my home! My wife appreciated that. Have never been happier to leave a 5-star review. Thanks guys!

Nick and the crew were extremely professional and dependable. We called them for an entire HVAC replacement and they were at our house within hours.
