The Hartland roofing crew showed up on schedule and worked all day replacing our roof. They took great care in protecting our outdoor furniture, landscaping and the home. They completed their work quickly and cleaned up before leaving. Steve and I inspected the work after it was done and I am thoroughly satisfied with the work. Steve came out the next day and inspected the work from a drone during the day so he could see everything more clearly. Additionally, I want to add, Hartland replaced my old inefficient roof vents with more efficient ridge vents.
They repaired any damage found after removing the old shingles and worked to mitigate this from happening again. Lastly, a payment plan was worked up which allows me to pay off the costs over time. I feel confident that I received my money's worth on this project. Thank you for everything.

I had Stephen come look at my roof issue. He was prompt, very communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. He got into my attic to ensure the issue was well understood. I ended up not needing his services since it's effectively a warranty issue and will be covered by the installer. I will consider using his services in the future for non-warranty issues.

Stephen Edwards with Hartland Roofing and Construction helped us negotiate with our insurance company to maximize our claim so we could be certain all of the demolition and restoration required to restore our home was covered after storm damage. Stephen was responsive to our requests and did not attempt to pressure sell us anything that we didn't want/need while at the same time making us aware of all of our options.
