I'm not faulting this company. It was damn nice that when I called for my leak, I was told he was busy and recommended another company. You don't find that kind of work ethic these days. I plan on keeping this number handy for use and referrals.

We were having issues with the laundry room sink and kitchen sink. The other day the laundry room sink overflowed out to the garage. On the Level Plumbing came out and fixed it and were able to unclog the line. They were able to get things that out that another competitor I had been using never could. I don't expect there will be any further issues. Great service and reasonable rate for service. It was well worth it! Thank You!

We needed a plumber for an emergency pipe break after 5 p.m. due to our main water line supplying our house that broke below ground. We called several big name, locally owned plumbing companies who either didn't answer or didn't call back. Josh answered and delivered. He was at our home in 45 mins and restored our water to our home quickly. Josh's plumbing company is veteran ran and locally owned and we can't say enough good things about our experience with him. Crew showed up at the promised time and went straight to work. I had somewhat of a complex issue with a drain and they were quick to work through it. When they found out that a part had to be ordered, they shopped a couple of suppliers until they found the needed part in stock. Came back and had me up and running so we could have our kitchen sink ready to go for the holidays! I highly recommend.

Hello. Strong wind's popped up in Danbury, TX on 10/28/21. The wind's blew over a new heavy duty trash can which snapped off this old water line hooked up to the water hose. It was close to 5PM. Luckily it must of happened about ten minutes before we drove up. Water pouring down the driveway. I was able to get a wrench on the broken/old shut off valve. Called "On The Level Plumbing" in Angleton, TX. Rachel handles there scheduling and promptly got the owner over here to fix the leak within the hour.
Now there's no run's, no drip's, no error's. Rachel could not allow us to have no water over night. Thank's Rachel. Yall are great. Definitely will use again when we do our house re-pipe.
