When I was contacted by the president of the condo association regarding a mold issue in my brother's condo I rushed to get the issue checked out. I chose Coastal Air Assessment based on reviews and checking it out at BBB. The reviews were helpful and I found Cory to be prompt, responsive and professional which are all very important when dealing with a mold issue. I used them again post remediation and they were able to follow up on what was done and added recommendation to get the remediation up to standard.

Cory showed up right after a major emergency caused by an incompetent roofing company. He has state of the art technology that he deploys to assess the air quality and is able to quickly assess and report on the air quality in a manner that is easily understandable and extremely accurate. I called for an indoor air quality test for my own peace of mind due to my son's asthma. Not knowing anything about it, I would have done whatever I was told needed to be done for whatever cost. Cory came and checked out all my trouble spots and gave me tips and info on what to look for to indicate an issue. He was forthcoming that he really didn't see anything that required further attention. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism and integrity.
