I am very pleased with Uniteck Kathy and Terry are very helpful and polite! We had a little mouse in the office at my work and they came and swiftly got things all set up with in a few minutes and the colprite who was steeling our snacks was caught the very next morning! I would recommend to anyone who is in need of pest control services of any kind!!

I just have to sing my praises for Tressa, who came to my door yesterday to tell me about Vinx pest control services in my neighborhood in Chesapeake. In the course of our conversation, I mentioned my husband had had a series of strokes and I was now making the household decisions. This very sweet girl asked if she could say a prayer for me and my husband. I said yes and she stopped right then on my front porch and said the most genuine thoughtful prayer for my family. I am truly impressed by the thoughtfulness and caring of this employee. All I can say is WOW!!!

They never show up to appointments, whatever they spray is relatively ineffective at least from the first time someone actually showed up. Their promises are never kept and I absolutely hate that I have wasted time and money on a company like this. I can do better myself with stuff from the hardware store. I sincerely hope I save someone the time and loss of money. Total crap service with a smile.

Upfront and honest about all pricing and what is included in pricing. The tech that came out to our house, Corey I believe was his name, was extremely professional and kind! Highly recommend this company and will be referring all my friends and family to them!

Angel just left my house. I haven’t had a professional exterminator in several years after being so frustrated with the former company. Angel was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. Took time to tell me what to look for. Encouraged me to call if I have any issues. Five ⭐️ service!!

Hands down, the best. They are informative, effective, and VERY fair when it comes to price. I tried the costly and preparation intense chemical treatment for bedbugs with another local exterminator. After 2 long months of constant cleaning and prepping for the next chemical treatment, I was given the all clear. 2 weeks later I found a bed bug of advanced age crawling on me in the middle of the night. Called Unitech the next day. Got my heat treatment for LESS than the total cost of chemical treatment. Bugs are gone. AND that comes with a guarantee. Absolutely the first exterminator I would recommend to anyone I know if they ever find themselves with bed bugs.
