Diamond Roofing helped me to repair roof damage from a fallen tree and roof and gutter replacement. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish, definitely one the best I've ever had. Recently contracted Diamond Roofing to install a new roof membrane on a flat roof in Beaux Arts, WA.and can't say enough about Eugene and his crew. As a GC myself, I know 'all of the moving parts' it requires to take on a roof replacement such as this.but they handled it with grace and ease! Our homeowner/client was quite pleased at the pace of the progress each day and also the daily cleanliness of the project.and felt very well informed of anything and everything that arose during the process 1960's built home was not without some "aging" under the old roofing.wink, wink! Diamond Roofing completely exceeded my expectations from quote to finish and I would highly recommend them for any job! Eugene came out and provided me with a very detailed estimate with several options to replace a 2 layer torch down roof on an old mid century home. I went with a TPO roof and added extra insulation to bring it up to code. He was completely transparent, honest, and was in communication with emails and photos throughout the duration of the project.
His crews were on time, respectful, and cleaned up immaculately each day after work. The project was done on time and with zero change orders and looks fantastic. Thanks Eugene!

After we discovered a leak, Diamond Roofing put on a new roof for us in Kirkland. We had a great experience with Eugene and crew; he had great communication, expert knowledge on roofing and we never felt any pressure. The job was completed ahead of schedule and for a competitive price. Hopefully we won't need a new roof anytime soon but if we did we'd call Diamond again.

I'm so glad that we were able to meet with Eugene and have his crew work on our roof at our home. They came to the property, assessed the situation on our roof and got started. They were very professional and well prepared and organized. The work went quickly as they moved through all of the steps of doing the tear-off, applying new underlayment and protecting all of the surfaces around our home.
Each day was just as efficient and on the third day of working hard, I came back to the house with a brand new roof that looks outstanding and is definitely the best looking roof in our neighborhood. We are extremely grateful to have had a great experience working with Diamond Roofing. The team is outstanding and they deliver excellent service. I highly recommend Diamond Roofing. I compared 4 roofers for a full roof replacement, other than under the solar panels. Their website, estimate and the interaction with Eugene was by far the most professional of all the companies and their price seemed very fair. We have a very steep roof and they had to work around the solar panels so it was a more challenging job than some.
They did an excellent job cleaning up all around the house every day and the dumpster and porta-potty were promptly removed when the job was finished. The first time it rained after the project was completed, I noticed a loud dripping sound. Eugene came out that day and diagnosed that a couple of our downspouts were clogged and cleared them out and cleaned off the house.

I HIGHLY recommend Diamond Roofing! They replaced our entire roof, including new sky lights, plywood and gutters and we couldn't be happier! It's been the best experience I've ever had with any company or contractor. We received personalized customer service and daily communication throughout the entire process from Eugene the owner. He prepared a detailed and very competitive bid, without any high-pressure tactics or hidden costs.
The crew was extremely professional and hardworking, including being punctual every day! They kept our yard immaculate and covered our plants daily, so everything was protected. Every detail of the job was completed with the highest quality possible! I chose Certainteed Landmark Cinder Black shingles. Eugene made sure the new roof vents were black and they even painted our existing vents black.
We also had larger white gutters installed and it is amazing how great they look with our gorgeous new black roof! All Resulting in IMPECABLE QUALITY AND A STUNNING and HIGH-END LOOKING Roof which is exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend Diamond Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or roof repair!

We had two troublesome areas at our rental property and Eugene was able to detect the issues and then fit us into his schedule to complete the repairs. Highest recommendation for Diamond Roofing. I compared three roofers for a full roof replacement. Eugene from Diamond Roofing clearly and transparently presented what they could do. He answered all questions clearer than any of the other proposals and it became clear that during the review process that he not only knew what he was talking about but would be directly involved in the the project and not just an office based project manager trying to get more business, which was important to us.
After reviewing their history, it aligned with what other clients experienced within the past 3-6 months. During the construction process, Eugene and crew were easy to work with, quickly answered all questions to ensure we were happy with the process, and they exceeded expectations (sharing pictures daily of the progress/issues found and resolved). Eugene went above and beyond to assist, ensuring we were satisfied with the process and concerns that arose during the project. Diamond Roofing was top notch from start to finish. Eugene was incredibly attentive to our needs. He came out to our business right away, surveyed our situation, explained very clearly his plan of action, and scheduled a time to come out and implement that plan. At first, his schedule with quite booked up (most likely because his company is so sought after) so I was a bit worried because the forecast called for heavy rain.
A few days after we scheduled our roof repair, Eugene called me up and said, "We have an opening in our schedule.can we come by tomorrow and do your repair?" His crew showed up on time and completed the work. It's been two weeks since the roof repair. We've had some serious amounts of rainfall between then now and I am very happy to report that we have had no leaks.

We were referred to Diamond Roofing & Construction by a contractor. We needed new gutters and a sunroom's glass roof changed to a regular roof. From the get go, Eugene was quick to reply and meet up for a review of our house. His follow up with fast and he gave us 3 options for our gutters and detailed listing for the sunroom. We went forward with the job.
Throughout the process he put us into his schedule pretty quickly and within 2 weeks were on the schedule to have our gutters and sunroom roof fixed. It is a busy time and were were thankful of how quickly they did the work. We picked a custom color for our gutters and they look terrific. Eugene's crew who worked on the sunroof were fast, good with clean up (there was a lot of glass so we appreciated this), professional, and very nice.
The gutter repair team was also great and very nice. Eugene is very sincere and thoughtful from start to end he was great about communicating (we texted). We are happy with the job he did and feel ready for the fall rainy weather. We highly recommend Diamond Roofing & Construction.

I can't say enough good things about Eugene and his crew. I live under some large evergreens and during the recent snow storm a limb fell and punctured my roof. The company that usually cleans my roof referred me to Diamond Roofing and I'm glad they did. I had water dripping through the roof and dripping into the house through the sheetrock. Eugene was able to get out to me the very next day and repair the roof even though the snow was still hanging around.
The repair was not only quick but they took the time to match the color of my roofing material and gave me an amazing price. They could have gouged me because I was in a bind but they were honest, fair, quick and a pleasure to work with. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Company Eugene and his crew were extremely professional and fast! The work they did looks amazing, obviously time will tell on how well it holds up but the work performed was quick and proper! They cleaned up in between days and when completed made sure everything was handled and made sure I was happy with the clean up before leaving. I can't recommend Diamond Roofing enough! Clearly the couple bad reviews are trolling and not accurate. These guys are top shelf!

Great! Our flat roof was pooling water and our traditional part of the roof had no ventilation. Eugene's crew came to complete repairs. The crew of 4 arrived right on time at 8 am, they began disassembling part of the roof while materials arrived. The worked all day and were done around 3:30 pm. I asked if I could go on the roof and see what they did and the lead of the crew gave me the run through of what they did.
Then they cleaned up the whole job and left with the waste for the day. The crew was great and Eugene went out of his way to make sure the job was done right, he came and inspected the roof work about after the crew left.

I don't write many reviews, but after having our roof torn off and replaced by Eugene and his crew I am beyond happy and had to write one! We were a little intimidated by having to do this upgrade on our home but Eugene personally was able to talk us through the process and explain all the details before the work began, making us much more at ease. They did a great job on our new roof. We put the decision off for quite some time but decided to go with Diamond as the owner was very helpful and understood the difficulty of our house and roofing problems. There were a couple of times where we were concerned as our house require some tricky angles and roofing issues but they came through. Would definitely recommend them.
