My mother's new AC unit wasn't working properly and was blowing hot air. Scheduling was very easy and they were able to schedule an appointment right away. The tech was very friendly and efficient and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He was also able to fix it right away and didn't break our wallet. My heater had gone out and at the most inconvenient of times. It has started to snow that day, cold, windy, and my call was I'm sure unexpected. However the team and technician were so very understanding and responsive to my concerns and issues and were very considerate by squeezing my family in at such a time. He gave me more than one option on how they can fix my heater. He also explained what he was doing and how the heating unit works. First time using them and what a gem of a company this is! They couldn't come the day I called for a leaking A/C, but scheduled me for early the next day. They happened to have a cancellation and put me in for the same day, Donavan was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to secure some things that were never taken care of!
He was polite and informative as well. We will continue to use them for my house, my rental and a house we oversee for the owner. He also didn't mind wearing shoe covers to protect our carpet! It's nice to find someone that you can totally rely on! Thank you!

They installed an a/c unit and two weeks later a new hot water heater. The work was done with the utmost personal care they work like they are working on their own house. They took care of my in laws, and we're so patient with them and with all the questions they had. They replaced my in laws cooler added upduxs which is an amazing addition to their house it keeps them nice and cool all day (without the fighting of opening the doors and windows.) Our swamp cooler just stopped working over night I called a few places and I couldn't get an appointment until next week but I have two little ones and I didn't want them in this 90 degree weather with no cool air thank god I called them they were able to do same day appointments. He was in and out in less then an hour, very professional and nice man would definitely get more work done by them.

John is a great technician/installer. Covid fouled up the scheduling, and a couple of quarantines made it impossible to get on site. Tina in the office and John doing the installation. They got us scheduled for the first week in December. Three days after the Job started, it was complete. The Job was completed with excellent attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. Not only professional in his field, but customer service was A*. He introduced himself with mask & covers worn over shoes for safety measures. He took the time to explain every step taken to get my air back up & running & in no time I had air.
Before leaving he checked all the vents. All questions was asked & answered. After a job well done I decided to get a service agreement because it is most important to keep up my maintenance. I called John last night around 7:15 pm my cooler was not working, I was willing to wait til the next day even though my house was at 87 degrees inside. John said he just got home but he would come right over. I definitely wasn't expecting him to come right over, needless to say I was very appreciative! We slept very comfortable thanks to John.
