Very friendly and the guys did a nice job. Our carpet takes quite a beating with 2 dogs and 3 kids. We've used them twice now and have been satisfied with the end result both times.

They did a great job with our sofa, loveseat and area rug. Breathed new life into 8 year old sofas.the (cheap) area rug is wrinkling in our new wall-to-wall carpet but not sure if that's from the cleaning or the rug being on carpet or if it's because it was a less expensive rug! either way, fast, friendly service!

Dave promptly came back out when I called him when a nasty stain had wicked back up to the top of the carpet. It had been months since he initially cleaned it. He removed the stain at no charge. Wonderful service!
