I had a flat tire and was stuck on the road at Carmel Valley/ Camino Del Sur on 4/5/2023 at 3pm and a very nice employee of this company very potlitely stopped his work vehicle and offered to help and help me figure things out in my car. Helping a stranger on a busy work day, tells me a lot about this company's work ethics and integrity and I appreciate that angel who helped me out today. I am so grateful for G L Pools doing our newly installed pool's start up service. They let us know who would be in our backyard and they let us know what work was done. Everything was done on time with great professionalism, Mr Tux and Mr Jonathan take great pride in their work and helped our family get our new pool to swim day, with no delays.

We had leaking pool equipment and problems with our pump motor. GL Pools diagnosed the problem and recommended the best solution for our budget. They helped us prioritize things we needed to repair along with things we need to keep an eye on and budget for as our equipment is aging and nearing end of life. They let us know about the equipment options without trying to upsell us on things we didn't need.
They also provided info and estimates on equipment that we can upgrade later if we want. We really appreciate their honesty and we have been really happy with the quality installation of the equipment. Our water and electric bill went down and our neighbors are happy with how quiet our pump motor is. I'd highly recommend GL Pools.
